This charming & sweet 1 bedroom Townhouse is located in Lomas de Marbella Club Pueblo, and has recently been refurbished to a high standard, and very carefully decorated to give a charm and homely feel about it. The design incorporates traditional Andalucian features, full of character and charm, and is a far cry from some of the purpose built concrete blocks available! The Townhouse has a small but very nice fully fitted kitchen, a pretty lounge with walls and fabrics in cream beige and candy stripes, and a delightful patio outside to take breakfast with barbeque facilities. Upstairs you have a large bedroom with double bed, again with a theme in beige, and a bathroom with bidet. The property is perfect for a couple, but can sleep up to a maximum of 4 adults, as the settee downstairs turns into a bed. It is also equipped with cot and equipment for small children.

The Townhouse has a fantastic location in Las Lomas Del Marbella Club Pueblo, on the Golden Mile, home to beautiful properties along the Costa del Sol, from Marbella to Puerto Banus. The Pueblo itself lies between, and minutes from, both Marbella and Puerto Banus, in a lovely quiet enclave, giving the best of both worlds. The beach is a mere 10 minutes walk away, down to the Maritimo Walkway, along which you can walk into Marbella Old Town and the famous Orange Square, or the other way into Puerto Banus. From a bus stop just down the road, you can go into Marbella central or Puerto Banus - or to the Bus Station. From there, buses are available to Cadiz, Jerez, Sevilla, Granada, Malaga Airport, Malaga...etc. Malaga airport is 35 minutes drive, and Gibraltar airport 45 minutes. Ferries to Africa leave regularly from Algeciras.

There is a fabulous swimming pool - which must be one of the most beautiful along the coast - very close to the Townhouse, which is heated for a large part of the shoulder months, and is a great place to relax. This is for people who want to explore the fabulous beaches, restaurants and nightlife of central Marbella and Puerto Banus, or to go sightseeing, or visit the surrounding golf courses, country clubs, and other sports amenities, yet wish to stay in a peaceful oasis with elegant Andalucian style surroundings.
