This spacious 4 bedroom / 2.5 bath beach block home will not disappoint! Located on the south end of SIC on 73rd Street and only 3 houses from Pleasure Ave, you'll LOVE the home's spacious kitchen and living room that can actually comfortably seat as many people as the house sleeps! The house includes 4 decks including one with an awning so sun worshipers and shade worshipers will both be happy.

First floor includes 3 bedrooms (1 with queen, 1 with queen and deck, 1 with 2 twins) and one full bathroom. Main second floor is an open floor plan with a large living room that can comfortably fit your whole family in front of the flat screen TV, front deck with awning & seating, large kitchen & dining area and back deck with grill & seating. Top/3rd floor includes master bedroom and bath with king sized bed and private deck. All bedrooms have TV's with cable.

Outdoor shower makes life easy! The property is located on the quiet South end of the island and is in walking distance to stores and ice cream shops. Home includes free WiFi, high speed internet and 8 beach tags.

As this is a family-friendly area of Sea Isle City, we rent to family groups only, not to high school or college groups

Great Family Setting

My husband and I were looking for a house where we could accommodate 7 adults and 6 small children (5 and under). We were very pleased with our decision to go with this house as there was plenty of room for all of us. The kids had plenty of room to run around and spread out their toys in the living room, and there were plenty of beds for the adults and cots for the older children (we did bring pack and plays for the 4 youngest children). The upstairs bedroom with a king bed is more of a loft style that opens up over the living room area, but fitting the stuff my husband and I brought for ourselves as well as the children and the two pack and plays for their sleeping, there was MORE than enough room. There was also a new gas grill that made for great cookouts every night. It is convenient to the ACME for quick trips and even closer to the beach, which is great for lugging all the kids and their stuff to the beach twice a day! We would definitely recommend this house and we are looking forward to returning again!
