Large family room leads directly on pool deck (covered lanai with detachable child safety fence), there is a 42' HD Plasma TV complete with DVD player and collection along with Playstation 3 and a selection of games also in this room. Fully equipped kitchen incl fridge/freezer with ice & water dispenser. Kitchen includes breakfast bar and kitchen dining area. Formal dining room seats 6 separate. Games room with air hockey, pool table, darts & comfortable seating. Table and chairs on pool deck under covered porch next to gas BBQ. Utility room with washer, drier, iron & board. High speed wireless internet & telephone with free local/long distance & international calls. All linens included. 24hr emergency service.
