Large family room leads directly on pool deck (covered lanai with detachable child safety fence), there is a 42' HD Plasma TV complete with DVD player and collection along with Playstation 3 and a selection of games also in this room. Fully equipped kitchen incl fridge/freezer with ice & water dispenser. Kitchen includes breakfast bar and kitchen dining area. Formal dining room seats 6 separate. Games room with air hockey, pool table, darts & comfortable seating. Table and chairs on pool deck under covered porch next to gas BBQ. Utility room with washer, drier, iron & board. We're back (unfortunatley!) from our wonderful holiday in Orlando.
We've used holiday rentals 13 times and in our case it was 13th time lucky. After having been to Orlando 8 times your home was the best by far. Even though one of our previous stays was also on Windsor Hills!

The property was the best equipped, best layout and location both in terms of sun (the shade was useful late afternoon ) and quietness up on the perimeter rather than near the clubhouse.The few problems we had when we arrived were dealt with swiftly by your management company and nothing was too much trouble.

My family really enjoyed our recent stay at this beautiful home in the windsor hills resort.We had three couples and 4 children ages 2 months to 12 years old and space was no problem. We really loved the fact that everyone had their own bathroom. The kids really loved time spent in the pool.The neighorbhood is close to all the action that the area has to offer so we were able to find our way around easily. Over all it was a completely enjoyable vacation and an easy rental transaction. Peter was very quick to respond to all of my questions and was very helpful.I would definitely rent from him again.
