This large secluded newly built Mayarni Villa has magnificent uninterrupted views of the Cypriot countryside, nestled on the very edge of a small unspoilt village of Nata, located on the foothills of Paphos, making this the perfect relaxing chill out get away from it all location.Mayarni has fully enclosed perimeters to create a child safe environment .The 8x4m pool and floral gardens allow you to enjoy complete privacy .A large tiled pergola provides a cool shaded area to relax out of the midday sun,or to cook out on the BBQ.Ample parking on 2 locations,with all round external lighting.The main house with its high vaulted ceilings through out ,create a very spacious living accommodation with all utensils you will need to make it your home from home.Catching the mid afternoon mountain breeze will leave you mildly comatose ready to sample one of the nearby tavernas serving local dishes and village wines at reasonable prices.Hard to believe all this is only by car 20mins to Paphos Town

Nearest Ferry: Limasol at 60 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 13 Kilometres

Nata is a small traditional village of around 300 residents. In the centre there is a church, a post office and a taverna with a further popular taverna Periklis on the outskirts.Nata mainly consists of old stone properties which make it one of the last villages to be transformed,only a small amount of modern style properties cut into the hillside.The Xeros River viewed from the villa flows during the wetter part of the year,until mid May. Nearest supermarket 5 km in Anarita or Timi 7km ,the larger Thrassos in Geroskipou 10 km,also a new convenience shop in the village. Conveniently close to golf courses 15 mins drive are Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley. Main A6 motorway linking to Limasol. Paphos water park ,beaches,harbour and many bars and restaurants. On a main route up to the scenic Troodos Mountains with incredible views back towards the sea.

  • A deposit cheque of 50% of the rate will be requested to secure the booking ,.and the final payment for the balance no later than 4 weeks before the start of the holiday.
    A damages deposit of 300 pounds will be held ( non banked) ,should any damages to the property occur .
    This will be returned / destroyed after the client leaves the property and any damages are assessed by the management company.If damages are not replaced by the client during their stay , this cheque will be cashed,the replacement costs will be deducted and the remainder returned to the client by cheque .

Perfect - private but near facilities

My partner and I stayed at Mayarni for 10 days from 29 April. The arrangements up to the holiday were well planned, with John and Sue, the owners, giving excellent directions.
Although tucked away on the outskirts of Nata village, it did not take long from the hustle and bustle of the airport and Paphos to be transported into a different, very tranquil place. The villa was one of the best equipped we have stayed in, probably because the owners use it too. The views from the garden and pool area were superb, with open countryside and gently rolling hills. A couple who live in the village looked after the cleaning and pool and were also very knowledgable about the local area. This and the use of a hire car encouraged us to leave the beautiful villa on ocasions to explore the nearby area, as well as going further afield to Larnaca and into the mountains. There are several small villages nearby and we found some lovely, local tavernas in Timi, Armageti and Anarita. In fact, the villa and the local restaurants were so good, we only ate once in Paphos itself.
We would defintely recommend this villa to anyone looking to get away from the traditional tourist surroundings and enjoy the more traditional Cyprus.

Full of praise for this lovely, thoughtfully designed villa, a quality build, pleasantly furnished with nice touches, well-equipped, roomy, comfortable, reasonably cool even when hot outside. The pretty garden area and good sized pool give you privacy and also great views over the countryside.

All the windows and patio doors have proper insect screens which work well.

Had a great holiday, was hot even in mid-October.

Top notch Villa in the perfect location.

We spent two weeks at Mayarni in September and would highly recommend this villa. John and Sue were very helpful in arranging our stay. Wendy, who lives locally and looks after the villa, had the villa immaculately presented for our arrival, and was very helpful throughout our stay. The villa is ideally sited on the edge of Nata village with wonderful views across the valley from the private pool / garden area. John, who looks after the pool, was always available at short notice if the pool needed cleaned. There’s always a cool breeze in the hills which helps on the hotter days. Paphos airport and Paphos itself are only a short drive away. We’d recommend a hire car to explore the various villages and to experience the friendly Cypriot hospitality and great food on offer in the local Tavernas. We did’nt always eat out though. Check out the supermarkets, buy some local food and eat by the pool in the evenings, perfect for watching the sun go down. If you want to really unwind in a beautiful relaxing location this villa is perfect.

Fantastic Villa - Brilliant location

We found the villa to be exactly as pictured and described on the web site - very clean comfortable and well appointed. The views from the villa are stunning and the villiage of Nata is quiet and friendly.

Directions from Pahphos airport were excellent and we found the villa without problem even though we arrived on an evening flight and it was dark.

A car is recommended for trips to the supermarket to get out and about and see some of the island and to visit local tavernas and restaurants (Periklis & 7 St. Georges are to be recommended if you like Greek food) - although the villa is so nice one does not feel the need to go elsewhere.

The lady who looks after the villa and the man who looks after the pool were both very friendly and helpful.

We have rented villas in Cyprus and Portugal and this was one of the best and we would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

Fantastic Holliday

We found the villa to be in the perfect location, the village of Nata and the surrounding area are just so beautiful and peaceful, yet you are only half an hour drive away from Paphos with the harbour and the main tourist areas.
The villa is exquisite and absolutely ideal, everything you could possibly need for a fantastic holiday has been provided for. We stayed at the villa for fourteen days commencing 12th July and the weather was great - long hot sunny days lounging by the pool.
We flew into Larnaca airport which is about 90 minutes drive away, the directions given by John and Sue were precise and clear. We found John and Sue very helpful and catered for all our requirements.
We had a fantastic holiday and felt the two weeks was definitely not long enough and would have quite easily stayed for much longer. Having been to Cyprus several times over the years, we can honestly say we would stay at the villa again.
We would strongly recommend this villa to anyone who wanted a quiet peaceful holiday, with the option of being only half an hour’s drive from the main tourist attractions.
