This is a clean and well presented apartment new to the rental market. One double bedroom with twin beds fitted wardrobe chest of drawers. Lounge/ diner has new double sofa bed and armchair; dining table and four chairs, digital TV/ DVD with 5 English channels. Fully fitted kitchen with washing machine fridge/ freezer oven/ grill/ hob toaster kettle. Also use of hairdryer, iron /board, drying rack, patio furniture. Main balcony has pool view receiving sun early morning til midday. The rear balcony receives sun from midday to dusk. Large roof terrace has some patio furniture is very private and has views of the mountains sea and pool. Costa del Silencio is a friendly resort with many English, Spanish and German neighbours. The apartment benefits from a supermarket opposite as well as larger shops from 5-15 min walk. The airport is a 20 min drive away (approximately €20 by taxi). A pleasant 10 min walk takes you to buses for Los cristianos, Las Americas and other island destinations.

Location: Tenerife < Canary Islands

Nearest Airport: Tenerife South. at 5 Miles
Nearest Beach: beach at 0.5 Miles
Car: not necessary
Situated close to Las Galletas with its pretty promenade overlooking the harbour where you can sit and enjoy a quiet cuppa or beer. The town is a pleasant slightly uphill 20 min stroll from the apartment and comprises various shops. On the way you can stop for a bus to Los cristianos with its varied beaches and huge shopping centre or go further on to Las Americas where there are numerous beaches. Cristianos buses serve the island well and you can travel to the north of the island which is quite different with bustling Santa Cruz and Puerto de la Cruz. Alternatively visit quaint el Medano east of Silencio with its quieter but delightful beach and town square. Car hire from the airport is recommended from as little as €99 but if you don't want to drive a taxi will cost approx €20. You can book tours locally to the island's attractions. Lots of local restaurants to chose from including German, Indian, Chinese and fish n chips. Several local large supermarkets.

Notes: Two outdoor pools. The pool area is cleaned thoroughly every day and is enclosed by locking gates making it very secure. There is no lifeguard! Sunbeds are available at no charge. The complex is very secure with access via your own personal keys. Easy car parking. Very friendly residents and manager of this apartment lives on the complex. Bed linen and towels are supplied. English TV stations.
