This is a freshly decorated, upgraded, stylish 1 bedroom ground floor apartment situated in a sought after modern development in Tooting Bec, South London. The apartment comprises of a large lounge/diner offering good views over communal gardens. The lounge/diner has stylish wooden flooring and two comfortable sofas: an excellent place to relax after a long day out sight-seeing! The dining tabbathroom is fully tiled, with full-size bath & power shower. The master bedroom is very bright, with wooden floors, large wardrobe space and views over the communal gardens. There is a good sized, fitted kitchen with tiled flooring and partially tiled walls. The private communal gardens surrounding the development make the apartment a sought-after oasis within the hustle and bustle of city life. Enjoy a stroll in the wide open space of Tooting Bec Common just across the road! The apartment has off-street residents parking and is only a short walk from transport into central London.

The apartment is located in the culturally vibrant residential suburb of Tooting Bec in South West London. The area boasts some impressive mansions built in the 18Th Century for some of London's wealthy citizens and elegant villas from the early 19Th century. There are a number of open green spaces nearby, including Wandsworth Common, Wimbledon Common and Tooting Bec Common; the latter is a real gem, hosting the largest outdoor swimming pool in the UK, tennis courts and football fields. Local sports facilities include Tooting leisure centre and pool, golf and horse riding. Shops and supermarkets are within easy reach. The nearby Tooting and Broadway Markets sell a variety of goods from fruit to furniture. There are many new wine bars, traditional pubs and excellent restaurants. The trasport facilities are excellent, with many local bus routes and central London is only 20 minutes away by underground (Northern line). Tooting Thameslink goes to Wimbledon and Luton airport.

The apartment is a lot nicer and cosier than the pictures can show, you have everything you need, and the owner is very helpful.
The neighbourhood is what you would expect of a "typical" British neighbourhood and it is very safe. You have good facilities walking distance and it only takes 10 minutes to walk to the underground station, once there in 20 minutes you can be anywhere in London and with an Oyster card you can travel all day long for only 5,80 pounds.

Me & My partner stayed here for 3 nights, The apartment Was so cosy and comfortable, it contained everything towels, bed linen Etc and everything was very neat and tidy... It was also very convenient everything was so close from restaurants to shopping centres & the neighbourhood was very peaceful.

Defiantly enjoyed my stay at this apartment and many thanks to Ravi the owner who made our stay very comfortable! - Thanks.

l'appartamento pur trovandosi in zona residenziale, è confortevole e ben arredato,ordinato e curato, provvisto di tutte le comodità necessarie, facilmente raggiungibile e immerso in una zona piena di verde e molto sicura. la nostra permanenza durata una settimana è stata molto piacevole,è difficile trovare appartamenti così accoglienti. molto soddisfatta!

We stayed at this great apartment for 3 nights & used it as a base to commute to central London to show our 10 year old son the sights. The apartment is very well equipped with everything that you would need & was immaculate on arrival. It is in a great location, very quiet neighourhood with easy access to the tube station (10min walk) & supermarkets/restaurants all near by. The owner was very helpful & made us feel welcome, he also provided all relevant information for sightseeing i.e brochures, maps, tube info ect.
We had a great time staying here & will definately be returning again.
