Our agency deals with exclusive villas of a particular beauty. So, Villa Garden at only 6 km from the splendid Natural Reserve of 'Torre Guaceto' (where is possible to swim), it's the ideal holiday destination for those who want to enjoy this paradise. There's a well-groomed English lawn of 500 m2. On both sides of the villa, an ample veranda of 80 m², is ideal to take lunch outside, opening on to a beautiful setting of olive and fruit trees, in a garden of 3000 m2.Inside, the villa is 200 m2 wide. It's composed by 4 bedrooms (of which: two double rooms, one room with two single beds and a single room with a direct access to the backyard. Moreover, in the living room there is a divan bed. Beds for 7+1 guests. There are two bathrooms: the first with bathtub and the other with a shower unit. On the outside, there is one more shower. There's a wide living room with an ample parlour and a corner with two sofas and a nice fireplace. Two of the 4 bedrooms communicate.
