This large spacious masia type house was built in 2005 to a high specification and is set in a tranquil rustic area 10 minutes from the nearest town of LLoret de Mar. It is bright and airy and it's south-facing position means that it is cool inside even on the hottest day and enjoys views down to the sea through the wooded hillside. There are 4 spacious bedrooms, 1 double with en-suite facilities, 1 double with king-size bed and 2 twin bedded rooms which have a further single futon in each to accommodate 3 people in both rooms. The lounge, dining room and kitchen are all furnished to seat 10 people comfortably as is the large patio surrounding the 10m x 4m solar heated swimming pool with underwater lighting. There is also a shaded porch facing the pool in which you will find a 3 piece cane suite on which to sit and enjoy the views. Sunbeds are provided. Very peaceful setting with fine beaches, good restaurants and great night-life only a short car ride away.

Casa del Senglar is situated 10 minutes from the AP7 motorway in a tranquil rustic area but close enough to the lively town of Lloret de Mar to enjoy all the nightlife and the local beaches. Barcelona is only an hour away by car and historic Girona is only 30 minutes away. Nearby are several good golf courses as well as horse riding and a large water park - Water World. Catalunya is renowned for its food and there are many good restaurants nearby. If you like walking there are many routes to choose from and Lloret Town Hall organises some of them. There are upwards of 15 local markets in Catalunya so it is easy to visit one whichever day of the week you decide to go. If you want to go further afield then Andorra can be visited in a day but it does take about 3 hours to travel there by car.

  • €800 deposit required which will be returned within 14 days of day of departure less any deductions for breakages etc.

    NB If central heating required then this is additional cost and will be deducted from deposit cheque
  • NB Xmas & New Year is let on a 2 week basis only. The house inside and out is fully decorated with Christmas trees and lights with animated reindeer and angels around the pool.
  • It is a condition of the rental that the house is left in a clean and tidy order as it was on arrival. Any extra cleaning undertaken will be charged and deducted from the deposit cheque.

Notes: The property is suitable for the elderly or infirm as it is situated on a large flat plot. However it is necessary to climb stairs to access the bedrooms but these are wide and shallow unlike some typical Spanish houses. There is a separate utility room next to the kitchen where the washing machine and dishwasher can be found together with iron and ironing board. In the kitchen is a large American type fridge/freezer with cold water dispenser, which is perfectly safe to drink, and ice making facilities. There is also a smaller fridge for storing cold drinks.
