Pura Vida is a two story house, with vaulted ceilings in the living and dining rooms. Its a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with an outdoor shower. The master bedroom and bath are located on the second floor.
I built this house myself at the ripe young age of 25. I built my first treehouse when I was 10 years old all by myself. When built, I put all the top amenities in as possible and have some minor tweeking over the years. All the wood used for the exterior siding and the interior trim is California Redwood, with the interior being Heart Redwood. This spring a new fresh coat of paint was put on the inside to make it almost feel like new again. The living room and master bedroom has TVs with Dish TV and DVD players. The 3rd bedroom has a TV and DVD player. The kitchen is roomy so several people can share the space at the same time.
This spring the house got a fresh coat of paint on the inside and if feels almost brand new again.
Woody Billings purchased this house in 1989
