Beautiful newly built country villa, tastefully furnished and decorated, with marvellous views over vast fields with typical Portuguese trees and vineyards, just 1,5 km from the charming village of Guia with several restaurants, supermarkets, banks, pharmacy and pastry. From the large gated entrance, a cobbled driveway leads to the front of the villa with parking space for several cars. The large swimming pool is surrounded by lawn, spacious terraces (partly covered) with brick built barbecue and shower. Ground Floor: Split level lounge/dinning room with TV and 2 patio doors leading out to a partly covered terrace and swimming pool. Kitchen with breakfast table, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. A door leads out to the pool area. Shower room 1st Floor: Master double bedroom with walk in closet and en-suite bathroom. Double bedroom Twin bedroom All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and balconies with country views.

Brilliant villa, great size, nice furnishings, very clean, lots of parking space, brilliant pool. Nice secluded location and good views, very quiet, but near enough to supermarkets etc.
Only negative comment is that there is no air conditioning so it can be very difficult to sleep at night! Wouldnt neccessarily stop me going back though.

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday staying at Monte Dos Avos (01/06-08/06 2009). What a lovely villa, very peaceful although on certain days you could hear the music from the Zoomarina. This was acceptable to us as the villa more than made up for it. Villa was extremely spacious and was as good inside as it was out. Very well laid out, would have liked a mirror in the bedroom but all bathrooms had large mirrors to get ready in. I would definitely recommend this villa, it has a great swimming pool and loads of outside space surrounded by fig trees, banana trees and avocado trees. It suited us especially as we love to eat in the restaurants in Guia, particularly Atlantico,Ideal and Ramires. The villa was convenient for everything, shopping, beaches etc. I can not recommend this villa highly enough. We are already considering booking it again this year.
