This fantastic gated complex is located just 5kms west of Torre Del Mar and 7kms east of Rincon de la Victoria both offering extensive promenades with many restaurants, cafes and bars for all the family and excellent shopping. Attractions near by include Aqua Park, go-karting, horse riding, bowling, scuba diving and catamaran hire. Tivoli World Theme Park is only a 40 minute drive. Places to visit include nearby Lake Vinuela towards the mountains, Nerja and its caves only 25 minutes away and the traditional white hillside village of Frigliana. The famous Alhambra Palace in Granada is just over an hour away and a short distance further you will be in the Sierra Nevada ski region. Baviera 18 hole championship golf course and Anoreta golf course are both only 10 mins drive away. Ideally located with access to excellent road networks to explore and enjoy the Andalucia region of Spain.

This house is in a Spanish residential area which seems to consist mainly of young couples and young families. One of the pools is conveniently located just outside the front of the house and there is a holiday feel in the good weather when families stay out there into the evening. It's a welcome change to go to Spain and not find yourselves surrounded by English people!

There is plenty of outside space to enjoy the weather as the terraces face to the front and back of the house, and sun worshippers can enjoy every last bit of sunshine.

The fittings and furnishings are of excellent quality and there are some nice touches such as games and beach toys to use - also a welcome pack of groceries was great to find on arriving late in the evening. A real home from home with English satellite television as well.

The nearest town is Torre del Mar which has plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants. The ice cream is to die for!

Our favourite place to sit out during the day was Cafe Yuccas near the tram station and Cafe Eden which has Churros and chocolate. Try Don Pedros for cakes - eat in or take home.

The house is quite close to the local beach which is walking distance if you're energetic, but you can also park there if not.

A car is probably necessary for most people, as there are no shops or restaurants close by. There is a bus service along the coast road, which goes all the way into Malaga.

The owner was very helpful and happy to answer any questions or concerns.

I would definitely recommend this house to a friend and will be going back again.

Weekend in the sun

Had a great relaxing time and immediately wished I had booked for longer..... Vey tastefully furnished with all the mod cons, everything you could need, really idea for famillies sharing, with the use of three bathrooms and plenty of space, no worry of getting in each others way. Made full use of the sun terraces as they are situated on both sides of the house. Great amenities with use of the pools, jacuzzi, sauna and gym you really are spoilt for choice. Took a ten minute drive into the town and had a bite to eat and a drink in one of the cafes, the town has a choice of resturants, bars and shops and some night clubs if you are up to it..... All in all had a lovely stay and will definitely be booking to go again, felt thoroughly relaxed and chilled.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

long weekend away

we stayed here for a long and relaxing weekend (four women) on a getaway from it all, this did not disappoint .... weather was fantastic, top terrace esp. good for sunbathing (being private) ..... furnishings and style of the house were gorgeous with plenty of room for everything and everyone .... felt so at home and relaxed that even managed a trip to the gym for jacuzzi and sauna!! did take the drive into town and had a walk along the promenade and a couple of drinks .... good weekend and will definitely be going back

Enjoyable recent visit

Lovely, clean well furnised and equiped house with great views. A real home from home with all the facilities to may your break a real break and not hard work. Plenty of outdoor space with the 3 terraces providing sun and some shade if required.
Quite area with the use of a car recommended however there is a bus service from the bottom of the hill to Torre Del Mar and Malaga. Plenty of bars and good reasturants in Torre Del Mar with a cheap taxi ride back if you fancy a drink or two.
Really enjoyed my stay and so nice to be in an area which is enjoyed by the spanish as a holiday resort.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
