This modern studio sits atop Twin Peaks with an amazing view. It is a single room studio with an entry room/breakfast nook for your use.
Street parking is easy, prevalent and free. That is a feature that hardly any San Francisco homes have. The studio is in an apartment building on Burnett Ave nestled below Sutro Tower on Twin Peaks. The windows have a spectacular view of the Bay and City. It is only a short stair climb to the top of Twin Peaks!
The living space has a couch and ottoman with 46' Samsung TV with Apple TV/ Google Cast, & wifi. The property is very quiet. There is no residence directly above, below or on either side of this studio. The studio is removed from Market Street by two blocks, buffering any sound of traffic. But its proximity to Market Street makes it a great location.
There is a newly installed breakfast table in the living area in front of the window. There are house plants that make this modern home feel natural.
The kitchen is hidden behind two large mirrored sliding doors that separate the kitchen and bedroom/main studio. Feel free to cook at your pleasure. A stove top burner, oven, kettle, blender, microwave, refrigerator, pantry, seasonings, dishes, silverware, and cleaning items are available for your use. The kitchen has white tile counter-tops and linoleum floor.
Hanging curtains separate the bedroom area of the studio and the TV/ couch area of the studio. This gives the studio a feeling of compartments. There is a Queen size, pillow-top, mattress bed. There is a heater to warm the room when you need but often the room is warm enough. A/C is not necessary because of the location of the studio. It's always 70 degrees or cooler.
The private bathroom is behind the kitchen separated by its own locking door. The private bathroom has a toilet, shower/ tub, and sink. There is great hot water pressure. Spa quality shampoo and conditioner, body soap and face scrub are in the shower for your use.

My name is Trey and I am an entrepreneur in San Francisco. I grew up in the Central Valley, lived in the Mid-West, China and Spain, before calling San Francisco home. I, too, have used VRBO when I travel. I truly look forward to meeting you in person and welcoming you to a vacation that you won't forget.
Finding amazing studios in San Francisco is difficult. So when you come visit you'll really appreciate this location. The warm sun can wake you up in the AM (or not if you use the black-out curtains). The studio stays at an average temperature of 65 degrees unless you want to heat it. It's such a wonderful place to get away for an invigorating vacation.
This modern studio is conveniently located in Twin Peaks. That is the neighborhood that sits atop Market Street and peers down onto the rest of San Francisco. This location borders the Castro, Diamond Heights, Mount Sutro Open Space Reserve, Noe Valley and Eureka Valley neighborhoods. Across the street are stairs to climb up Twin Peaks which is about 250 steps. There you can view all of the City from the highest point in SF. It is spectacular and accessible on foot in 15 minutes. I walk there all the time. There is a Safeway grocery store in Diamond Heights and Castro. There is a Whole Foods in Noe Valley.
If you drive, parking is free and prevalent, which is rare in San Francisco!
Should you use public transportation, you're in luck. The MUNI stops one block away from the studio. MUNI 37, 33, and 48 can take you to most places in the city, often without having to change buses. Quaint family run restaurants line 24th St., in Noe Valley, which is accessible by foot or MUNI 48.
Castro, Market and the City are accessible by MUNI 33 and 37. Castro has wonderful energy and there is always something wild going on.
