Photos and Description of the Gotham Bay vacation condo rental

This beautiful, modern condo was furnished and remodeled in May 2012 and has all the conveniences of home. Located in the Arrowpoint Resort, it is one of only two waterfront buildings (Buildings D and F are waterfront). The resort is a quick 20 minutes from Coeur d'Alene. The resort features a heated pool, volleyball court, marina where you can rent a boat slip, grassy picnic area next to the lake and more. The condo is fully furnished with a new King bed in the master, twin -over- double bunkbeds with a pullout trundle in the second bedroom, and new sleeper sofa in the living room. Comfortably sleeps 7. Kitchen is equipped with all amenities including blender, coffee maker, griddle and all cooking utensils and dinnerware. The unit includes your own washer and dryer. Eat outdoors on the private balcony overlooking the lake, and enjoy grilling on the barbecue.

Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway! This is a beautiful, clean & well maintained condo on Arrowpoint in Coeur D'Alene with an amazing view of the lake. The private indoor pool is fantastic and close to the condo. We loved the beach area, large lawn area and common area for enjoying the lake. The condo is beautifully decorated, two spacious rooms and a comfortable living area and fully functioning kitchen. We enjoyed the balcony while BBQing dinner and watching the sun set. It was a perfect getaway for our family with two children. Just the right amount of space. Lots of activities to do while in the area from hiking to bike riding, swimming and visiting the cute town of Harrison. Will be back again this summer to enjoy Eddies Restaurant right by the condo and spend a day in CDA.

The moment we walked in the door, we relaxed! We absolutely loved this condo! It is a perfect place to relax and get refreshed.

The view of the lake from the condo is absolutely beautiful. The fireplace makes the living room cozy and comfy. The furniture is new and very comfortable.

Our kids (ages 6, 4, 2) love playing on the shore and swimming in the indoor pool. This condo is very kid friendly.

Lord willing, we will be back in the near future. It is by far one of our favorite places we have stayed in!

Clean, Warm and a Tremendous Value

We were so impressed the moment we walked in and saw the Welcome to the Lake House picture hanging on the wall. You have done such a fabulous job decorating. We felt like we had just walked into the Coastal pages of a Pottery Barn Catalog with so much attention to warming details like the pillows, pictures, window coverings and furniture. We also loved little things like the driftwood, candles, shells and the hat hanging on the hook! The condo was so inviting and comfortable.

Just what I needed!

I spent a long weekend at this condo in November. Not the ideal time to be at the lake...right? Wrong! It was just what I needed. I took lots of reading material and "camped" out in front of the fireplace and the big, comfy sofa and took long pauses to look out the picture window at the lake. On the second day, I figured a little scenic drive was in order so I headed out and continued on the road around the lake. The vistas around almost every corner were beautiful. The lake is wonderful, whether you can swim in it or just enjoy looking at it.

More about the condo itself...beautifully appointed with everything you need. Just bring food and clothes and you're ready to settle in as if it's your own. The layout is simple and roomy so if you go with friends or family, you can still find a little space for yourself when you need a little break. The place was clean and is clearly well maintained. All in all, a great place! I highly recommend it!
