This large double studio with sofa flat has exceptional value and is a great alternative to an expensive hotel accommodation. This apartment benefits from central heating,fully equipped kitchenette, double bed, TV, sofa,small dining table and chairs. The kitchen area has fitted cupboards and worktops, 2 hobs, microwave, refrigerator, kettle and toaster. There is also an iron, ironing board and hairdryer,washing machine and dryer facilities.The fully equipped bathroom has shower with W.C,wash basin with mirror.The bedroom has a double bed and small bed table. The property is situated within 5 minutes walk from Bayswater,Queensway and Lancaster Gate Tube Stations, and within 5 minutes walking from Paddington mainline station (with a 20 minute connection to Heathrow Airport). Just across the road you can find the famous Hyde Park with it's jewels, like Princess Diana's castle. Marble Arch is at 10-15 minutes away with the best place for shopping - the famous Oxford Street.

All other cancellations which are over 2 weeks from the arrival date are refundable but are subject to a £50.00 cancellation fee. We stayed in this apartment in Queensborough Terrace at the end of April for 1 week.
the apartment is in a perfect location, close to Bayswater, Queensway and Paddington Tube Stations.A bus stop to Oxford Circus is just 5 minutes walk. Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park and Portobello road can be reached in 5 minutes walk as well.
The Customer Service provided by the reservation manager and the receptionists has been excellent.
I don't give a 5 for this rental just because the wooden floor had just been treated with a coat of varnish that was coming off each time we walked on it.Hopefully it will be fixed soon.
