Our spacious villa is located in the gated community of Lindfields Reserve, a quiet and peaceful development that consists of only 16 homes. There are 3 bedrooms in the main section of the villa. The master bedroom has a king size bed with its own bathroom. The adjoining bedroom has 2 twin beds, equipped with a handicapped-accessible bathroom. The third bedroom, located on the second level, also has 2 twin beds, and its own bathroom. Across from the main section of the villa is what Americans affectionately refer to it as the 'mother-in-law' suite. It contains a queen size bed, and of course, its own bathroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and televisions. Our granite counter-top kitchen is fully equipped with an electric range, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and rubbish disposal. We provide dishes, utensils and glassware for your cooking convenience. The dining room table accommodates 8 guests. The living room has a 32-inch flat screen TV and DVD player.
Albert is awesome and will answer any questions you have. His house is really nice and very spacious but dated. Also there were large palmetto bugs and roaches in the house. This may not bother some but I HATE bugs and had I not been with a large group I would have left and gotten a hotel. Refund or not.
Four grown cousins who hadn't seen each other in too long PLUS tickets to ball games and Disney PLUS an amazing villa in Orlando EQUALS a fantastic week. This house was perfect for us. A great launching and landing pad for days when we had multiple plans and a perfect place to hang out and sit by the pool when we had nothing to do but laze in the sun. The house was spacious, well appointed, and utterly comfortable. The location is near everything but in a quiet community. It was perfect for us and highly recommended for anyone else.
First of all, the house is great. The layout is what I love the most. I liked how I was able to see my kids playing in the pool from wherever I was in the house. It was very open and comfortable. It felt like home. I will definitely try to stay here again next year. REALLY hope this house is still available. The owner, Albert was very kind and accommodating. He responded to my emails very quickly. At one point, my small daughter accidentally set off the alarm and the owner texted me to make sure that we were all ok. He wasn't even angry. What was funnier was that we left to Magic Kingdom immediately after the alarm incident and when we returned, there was a card on the door from a local police officer letting us know that the house was clear and left his card with a smiley face. I thought that was hilarious. The house is in a gated community. It is so quiet and calming. There is a lounge chair on the second floor that I liked to lay out on. The house is nicely decorated. It is so close to everything. There are so many places to eat near there too. The hardest thing was trying to decide what we felt like having. My overall experience was great. I was there with my husband and 3 daughters. We visit florida every year. Hopefully, this same house will be available next year too. The customer service provided by Albert was the best. He made us feel welcomed and answered all of my questions and concerns in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend staying here.
My family and I ( there were 8 of us) came down to Florida to stay in this home from Ohio. We loved it, it was a 20 minuted drive from Disney World, maybe a half hour drive from Universal, it was the perfect drive times for the theme parks we visited. There were a ton of shops and stores right down the road from us. As a matter of fact my in-laws walked to a few of the shops from the house. The foose ball table, and air hockey table got lots of use at night from my kids, the pool was very refreshing for all of us to swim. The air conditioning was a welcome treat after the long days at the theme parks. The master bathroom shower was great!! I loved all the fixtures through out the house in the bathrooms, the beds we very comfortable, we all loved the wifi, and the dvd players came in quite handy. The out side shower for after pool swimming was great. There was plenty of room for all of us and our stuff. I loved that the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils. We also brought paper plates and cups of our own too to help keep the dish washing at bay. I just wish we could have stayed longer. We will be back and this house will be at the top of my list to rent again!!! Thank you Albert for everything that you have helped us with!! The communication was great between us and any questions I had were answered quickly. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.
This was our second visit and it was as lovely as the first! The home was clean with new additions in the master bathroom and an awesome new washer and dryer. I love the location close to many things and easy access off the highway. The owner is awesome to work with and responds quickly to all inquires. This was an awesome and first Christmas in Florida and we would love to come again for a third visit. The pool is a godsend and the area has many restaurants, malls, attractions and walking areas. I'm a walker and walking in Lindfields is a good workout. We will certainly come back again. Due to the season the Holy Land Experience offered an amazing show of lights each night for free admission and it was spectaculor!!!
We were overall pleased with the home. The property was clean and the location was perfect for us. The pool and pool area could use some cleaning and updating but we enjoyed our time at the pool just the same. The 4th bedroom/in-law suite is just that a bedroom that would be appropriate for an older teen or adult given the location of the bedroom is separate from the house. It was perfect for our grandmother who stayed with us for a few days. We would recommend this property and would stay here again. Thank you.
Aside from the very obvious Disney mega parks, which include the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon, the Kissimmee/Orlando area features other non-Disney attractions for all ages. Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, SeaWorld, Wet 'n Wild, Gatorland, Wonderworks, Boggy Creek Airboat & Swamp Buggy Rides, Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf and Cypress Gardens Adventure Park are just a few attractions for the entire family.
There are an abundance of restaurants to choose from for your dining pleasure. One eatery sure not to be missed is Texas de Brazil, a wonderful Brazilian steakhouse, located on International Drive in Orlando, with an assortment of barbecued and roasted meats brought to your table, not to mention the fantastic salad/appetizer buffet station set up in the middle of the dining room. Golden Corral, which seems to be located everywhere in the area, is a good valued for the entire family type buffet restaurant. Try it!
