Photos and Description of the Lindfields vacation villa rental 4-Bedroom villa comfortably sleeps 8 - only 16 kilometers from Mickey's!

Our spacious villa is located in the gated community of Lindfields Reserve, a quiet and peaceful development that consists of only 16 homes. There are 3 bedrooms in the main section of the villa. The master bedroom has a king size bed with its own bathroom. The adjoining bedroom has 2 twin beds, equipped with a handicapped-accessible bathroom. The third bedroom, located on the second level, also has 2 twin beds, and its own bathroom. Across from the main section of the villa is what Americans affectionately refer to it as the 'mother-in-law' suite. It contains a queen size bed, and of course, its own bathroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and televisions. Our granite counter-top kitchen is fully equipped with an electric range, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and rubbish disposal. We provide dishes, utensils and glassware for your cooking convenience. The dining room table accommodates 8 guests. The living room has a new 32-inch flat screen TV and DVD player.

Aside from the very obvious Disney mega parks, which include the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon, the Kissimmee/Orlando area features other non-Disney attractions for all ages. Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, SeaWorld, Wet 'n Wild, Gatorland, Wonderworks, Boggy Creek Airboat & Swamp Buggy Rides, Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf and Cypress Gardens Adventure Park are just a few attractions for the entire family. There are an abundance of restaurants to choose from for your dining pleasure. One eatery sure not to be missed is Texas de Brazil, a wonderful Brazilian steakhouse, located on International Drive in Orlando, with an assortment of barbecued and roasted meats brought to your table, not to mention the fantastic salad/appetizer buffet station set up in the middle of the dining room. Golden Corral, which seems to be located everywhere in the area, is a good valued for the entire family type buffet restaurant. Try it!

  • Reservation Deposit & Payment:

    • Non-refundable deposit of USD 250.00 is due upon reservation. For your convenience, we use Paypal, which accepts all major credit cards.

    • If you require pool heat, the fee is an additional USD 20.00 per day, for the length of your stay.

    • PLEASE NOTE: The State of Florida requires that we collect the hospitality tax of 13% on its behalf, and they require that it be computed on the total cost of the entire booking, including any fees collected for heating the pool.

    • Housekeeping fee of USD 85.00 will be charged for any reservations of 6 nights or less.

    • Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
  • Security Deposit:

    • A security deposit of USD 250.00 is required, regardless of duration. This is taken in the form of an imprint and approval on a credit card upon check-in and is released upon departure providing there has not been any damage or theft to the home. If the guest does not have a credit card, a USD 250.00 cash deposit will be required, which will be refunded by mail within 30 days of departure.
  • Cancellation Policy:

    • 50% of TOTAL RENTAL will be refunded if cancellation is received within 30 days of arrival.
