The panoramic view from the Penthouse is simply stunning and one you will want to come back to time and time again. Brand new kitchen with Neff appliances, plus laundry room. Holidaying at Clipper Cove means you can enjoy the environment while also helping to protect it through designs (such as ground source heating) that incorporate the latest ecologically sensitive technology. Secure parking for two cars, and store for beach equipment. Superb beach just 100 metres away, with low tide rockpools and excellent surf. Local stores and restaurants all close, plus beautiful 9 hole Golf Course. Central for the famous St Michaels Mount, Porthleven, Penzance, Lands End, St Ives and Minack Theatre. Ideal holiday apartment for discerning families or group of friends.

Praa Sands is one of Cornwall's best kept secrets a beautiful white sandy beach, surrounded by wonderful coastal walks, west or east of the beach are Rinsey Head and Bessys cove (Ladies in Lavender). Marazion and St Michaels Mount, Mousehole Harbour, The Minack Theatre and Porthcurno Beach, St Ives and Carbis Bay, Falmouth and Porthleven and the Lizard Peninsula.. The best local beaches are Praa Sands (of course) Perranuthnoe, Carbis Bay and Hayle, and the most spectacular Lizard beaches such as Mullion and Kynance Cove. Nearby is the Underground Telegraph Museum at Porthcurno (very interesting) Poldark Mine at Trenear Helston, Goonhilly Earth Station at Helston and of course Flambards and the wonderful Ships and Castles Pool at Falmouth. For those interested in history we have our very own haunted Pengersick Castle just around the corner and Godolphin House and Gardens, Tregwainton and Trevarne Gardens are also highly recommended. As my title suggests, this simply is very good quality accommodation.

Recently constructed building with green elements - if you are holidaying in the UK to avoid air travel why not further enhance your carbon footprint by choosing a rental that is kind to the planet.

Stylish decoration, well equipped bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room.

Great panoramic views from the living room, very easy to idle away an hour drinking in the vista of sea and sky.

Simple straightforward dealings with the owner.

Great to see Cornish holiday property owners upping their game!
Owner's Response: Glad to know that our guests appreciate Clipper Cove, it really is a lovely spot and with the eco friendly heating is a great place to stay in those out of season quiet months.
