Our “modern barn” was built in 2010 on our seven acre estate in the East Napa / Coombsville area. Located on the second level, the 2-bedroom guest house features approximately 1,200 sq.ft. of living space.
The great room features vaulted ceilings and a wall of glass overlooking the neighboring vineyards. Each bedroom is outfitted with a California King bed for maximum sleeping comfort. And the bathroom features a cast iron soaking tub.

For out of area visitors, note we are about 60 minutes north of San Francisco and approximately 6-8 minutes from Downtown Napa. Easy access to the Silverado Trail makes quick work of day trips north for wine tasting.

With our apologies, Napa County has strict limitations on vacation rentals - anything less than 30-days is illegal (go to jail illegal). So every country property on VRBO in Napa County offering daily or weekly rates is asking you to break the law and suffer the consequences. So no matter how short of a stay you want, we have to sign a 30-day rental agreement with you. You can stay just a week or two but you'll have to pay the same monthly rate and sign a 30-day rental agreement. We will only sign 12 rental agreements a year.
