A large Spacious modern home with private pool and extra large pool deck for alfresco dining..The house is directly opposite the clubhouse where there is a fitness room, arcade also golf volleyball table tennis and putting green and children swing park not forgetting the large communal pool which is heated .and large hot tub, Wi fi is readily available in the house using a special code supplied.

This luxurious house has a large gas heated SOUTH EAST facing pool and an exceptionally large sun deck with safety net also 6 sun loungers and swing and large dining table 6 chairs.

The accommodation consists of 2 large masters with king beds (one en suite).

1 Queen bedroom with own shower/wc. 2 twin bedded rooms one Disney Princesses theme, one Spider man, separate bathroom to serve. A fully loaded kitchen with all mod cons, luxury dining and sitting area with large plasma TV and stereo sound system. Tvs also in 3 bedrooms.

It also has its own games room with pool table American football and darts.

The Solana Resort: The Solana Resort is one of the top complexes for British holidaymakers, mainly because it is a gated community with rigid checks on all who come and go on the resort. It is a beautiful well kept resort and we all take pride in our property. The staff are welcoming and try to help with any problems you may have. The outdoor pool is wonderful catering in the afternoon for the children with ice cream and various organised games to occupy the little ones.

Information is available at the clubhouse for all organised events, The staff can even organise a taxi if you dont want to drive yourself.

Dont forget to visit the arcade and gymnasium and the' new tiki bar.

WHERE ARE WE??: We are on the US27 opposite the Highlands Reserve complex whee you can play golf for a small fee and in the midst of the supermarkets banks takeaways ,Applebees and other eateries.

There is so much to do in this area you will never be bored.

Visit Shamu the Whale in Seaworld, go to Busch Gardens for the day or rent a car and go to Sarasota to the famous Ringling Museum .

Go to Clearwater or St Petes Beach To Miami a four hour drive to see the rich and famous or to The Florida Keys and the Everglades where you will see tropical birds with beautiful colors and alligators swimming wild in the Florida National Park,

There is truly something for everyone so don't forget the extra suitcase as you will be certain to take home loads of souvenirs from a truly memorable holiday.

Golf: Golf is available less than five minutes away on the Highlands Reserve Community on the US 27.

  • Our bedrooms are furnished to a very high standard. All bedrooms have ample stoage space for hanging and storing your clothes. Master suites and Queen bedrooms have designer furniture incl bedlamps and bedcoverings .There are two king sized bedrooms (one with bathroom en suite) and one Queen size bedroom with its own shower room and toilet .The second king size bedroom has a separate bath shower and toilet and it shares this facility with the childrens bedrooms on the first floor.. The beds are top grade luxuriously soft and padded so comfortable you wont want to get out of them especially at 8 in the morning when the kids want to go to the parks. At least when you get home you will be pleased to be able to relax in total comfort in a wonderful soft bed and get a good nights sleep before the fun starts again the next morning. This house is ideal for two families as both master bedrooms are equal in size and furnishings.

great and comfortable villa

We were 7 people (4 adults and 3 kids) and we had a great time here. The villa was large, clean and comfortable. Everything you need is provided and the furniture is nice and useful.
Solana resort is a nice and guarded surrond and the villa position is great, right in front of the clubhouse where there is a beautiful, large and warm swimming pool in addition to the in-house one.
Thank you, Caroline. We hope we'll be back soon and we would surely choose (and suggest) your villa again.
