Each can be rented separately for a romantic get - away or family holiday - or together for larger groups who like to holiday together, but prefer the comfort of separate lodgings. The villa is located in a spa town with facilities for thalassotherapy treatments, a ski area ,riding stables nearby, an endless possibility for walks and excursions, a newly constructed public thermal outdoor pool near the house, a beautiful old park with a swan lake, tennis courts and minigolf, a concert hall with top artist appearances and a cinema showing recent original version English/American films...within a five minute stroll from the house Trencianske Teplice is host to the famous annual International Art Film Festival in June and a National Handicrafts Festival in July

Additional information about rental rates

  • Please note:
    The prices quoted are for 2 persons using one bedroom. For each additional bedroom there is a weekly surcharge of 50 euros during most of the year and 100 euros during the high season of July and August.

    -For any stays of less than a week, each day will be charged at a rate of 25% of weekly rate .

    -Upon confirmation, a deposit of 50% will be required and the remainder a month before the holiday date.

    -Payment can also be made by credit card via paypal.

    -A 10% discount is given for rentals of three weeks and 20% discount for one month or more.

    - A 10% discount is given to returning customers.

    -During the winter months October to end of April, electricity will be charged at cost (0.10 euros kw).
  • - A deposit of 100 euros will be required upon check in to cover eventual breakage or damage. This will be totally reimbursed at the time of check out if all is well .
    - Pets are welcome but guests are advised that extra charges may be made. depending on the pet

    Please note:
    Smokers are welcome, but smoking is not allowed inside the villa - terraces with breathtaking views are provided for this purpose.

Each villa is provided with all the comforts of home that you may require , including a dvd and cd library, games and books, sports equipment such as bicycles, ball games etc We also provide many basic necessities in the kitchen such as spices, teas and coffee etc...and the bathroom, so that you will immediately feel at home and spend less time on shopping for necessities and more time on fun and relaxation. The large living area opens directly to the garden with a large double door and provides lovely views of the profusion of flowers and fruit trees. Children will enjoy many hours of games and discovery in the outdoor open spaces .

The bedrooms are exceptionally spacious and bed linen and towels are provided and changed every week of your stay.
