The twin villas can accommodate 6 guests each or 12 when rented together. Each can be rented separately for a romantic get - away or family holiday - or together for larger groups who like to holiday together, but prefer the comfort of separate lodgings. The villa is located in a spa town with facilities for thalassotherapy treatments, a ski area ,riding stables nearby, an endless possibility for walks and excursions, a newly constructed public thermal outdoor pool near the house, a beautiful old park with a swan lake, tennis courts and minigolf, a concert hall with top artist appearances and a cinema showing recent original version English/American films...within a five minute stroll from the house Trencianske Teplice is host to the famous annual International Art Film Festival in June and a National Handicrafts Festival in July

The villas are both provided with the comforts of home, including a DVD and CD library suitable for a variety of tastes, games and books and sports equipment such as ball games and tennis rackets and an above ground childrens pool. To save you time, we provide many basic necessities in the bathrooms as well as the kitchen, so that you will immediately feel at home ,spend less time shopping and have more time for fun and relaxation. The spacious living area opens directly onto the garden and the large windows allow an uninterrupted view of its profusion of flowers and fruit trees. A large terrace with table and chairs, as well as a barbecue pit and circular seating arrangement for cook outs will provide many enjoyable al fresco meals or barbecues. The garden is very large and its open spaces will provide children many hours of games and discovery.

Among a large variety of interesting events organised during the year, Trencianske Teplice is host to the famous annual International Art Film Festival in June and a National Handicrafts Fair in July. Slovakia is one of the undiscovered treasures of Eastern Europe ...and Trencianske Teplice - a gem nestled in a little valley surrounded by forests, lakes and rolling hills - is one of the very pleasant discoveries one can make by venturing off the beaten tourist paths.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Please note:
    Prices indicated are for 2 persons using one bedroom. Each additional bedroom is charged at 50 euros a week during most of the year and 100 euros during the high season ( July and August

    -For any stays of less than a week, each day will be charged at a rate of 25% of weekly rate .

    - Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.

    -Upon confirmation, a deposit of 20%% will be required and the remainder one month before arrival

    -Payment can also be made by credit card via Paypal.

    --A 10% discount is given for rentals of three weeks and 25% discount for more than one month

    - A 10% discount is given to returning customers.

    - Electricity and heating will be charged at cost during low priced winter season months - October to end of April.
  • -.A deposit of 100 euros will be required upon check in to cover eventual breakage or damage. This will be totally reimbursed at the time of check out if all is well
    -During the winter months. from October to end of April , if heating is required, electricity will be charged at cost according to the meter.
    -Pets are welcome but guests are advised that extra charges may be made. depending on the pet
    Please note:
    Smokers are welcome, but smoking is not allowed inside the villa - terraces with breathtaking views are provided for this purpose

Children will enjoy many hours of games and discovery in the outdoor open spaces .

The bedrooms are exceptionally spacious and bed linen and towels are provided and changed every week of your stay.
