The Falls is a luxury development of 20 properties that captures the essence of Caribbean living while providing privacy and security. The open plan ground floor is furnished in a contemporary Caribbean style with ceiling fans and open plan kitchen, dining and living areas leading on to the covered patio and private enclosed garden, ideal for sheltered and cool dining. The lounge features cable TV with large LCD TV, DVD, ipod player and wireless internet.

Upstairs, all three bedrooms are air conditioned with en-suite facilities and the Master bedroom features a Super King sized bed.

Use the Communal club house with pool, changing rooms and fitness suite or take a short 5 minute trip to the Sandy Lane beach or the Beach House. Water sports are available at the nearby Paynes Bay whilst golf is well served by a number of courses all less than 30 mins drive away. At night there is a wide range of local restaurants from Bajan through to famous gourmet restaurants.

The house ideally located on the famed west coast near the Sandy Lane Hotel and Golf course. Includes communal pool, clubhouse, fitness suite and 24 hour gated security with private beach access at the Beach House. The elegantly finished townhouse is superbly equipped and includes a private garden area and sheltered terrace for alfresco dining. Ideally located minutes away from Holetown for shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Easy access to golf courses and Bridgetown.

GREAT PROPERTY, GREAT LOCATION

Great property, spacious, well maintained, secure. The location is perfect, a five minute walk to sandy beaches with every colour of blue sea. A ten minute stroll gets you to Holetown, which has bars and restaurants for the evening and supermarkets in the day. The west coast is the place on the island for a beach holiday.

A day trip on one of the catamarans out of Bridgetown is a fun day. I would recommend Cool Runnings. Ryan leads the trippers to swim with turtles and if if you are up for some dancing then Rockin for Docking is for you

JUST THE BEST!

The house cannot be faulted-it is absolutely immaculate and provides just everything that you could possibly want and more. The whole set up at The Falls including cleaning security and gardening staff and services are absolutely excellent-it is indeed a joy to see a place that is so well maintained. We have been visiting this house annually over the last 4-5 years and hopefully we will be able to return next year.

EVERY BIT AS GOOD AS THE PICTURE

Great location which is quiet and feels totally secure.
The house is beautifully maintained everyting worked and it was spotlessly clean.
Easy access to nearby Holetown and several good eating places within walking distance.
Recommend a glass bottom boat trip including swimming with the Turtles.
We were there as a family and we all agreed the house and location helped to make it one of the best holidays ever

GREAT LOCATION – EASY TO REACH THE BEACH AND BARS!

“The house is in a great location which meant we could easily access lots of different water sports in the day and also enjoy the nightlife. The pool is also very quiet. Most of the time there was no one else there and so it does mean that you can just stay in and chill if you want to. The house is also peaceful as it is on the opposite side to the road. We did not hire a car but the bus stop is only about 25m away and the buses are very frequent and cheap. Travelling on a yellow bus is a real Bajan experience and means that it is easy to get up and down the west coast including Bridgetown. Great experience and I would definitely recommend staying.”

RELAXING VACATION

We've rented a villa in the same complex a couple of years ago, This one by far is the best!! It is very clean and well maintained, each bedroom has it's own washroom, our bed was super comfortable and loved all the extra closet space. Fully functional kitchen.
And our housekeeper Sandra is so lovely.
One of the best features of the villa is location!!! Literally one minute drive to the best beach on the island (Paynes Bay) or a 7 minute walk, and less than a 5 minute drive to the luxury Limegrove mall.

Can't wait to go back.

PERFECT HOLIDAY....

5 star accommodation! We travelled to Barbados for a relaxing and romantic holiday and were delighted with the splendid luxury of this house. All of the rooms were beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean, the living areas were comfortable and elegant and it had a very well equipped kitchen with everything you could need. The added extras of games, books, cable TV, and Ipod speakers so you can listen to your own music made it a real home from home. We loved the patio area and had amazing breakfasts watching the troop of local monkeys wander past with their babies, it really started the day off well.
It was lovely also having the shared pool to be able to cool off in. The complex of houses are very well run by local staff who were always helpful and friendly.
We also like being so close to Holetown where we could go to the beaches, local bars and eateries. There is a supermarket for all your groceries and a lovely chattel house complex nearby with local crafts.
We had a truly relaxing holiday and will definitely go back there again..perhaps taking all the family next time as there was ceratinly plenty of room.”

Sandy Lane beach is approximately 5 mins walk away. The Beach House is 5 mins by car and other west coast beaches such as Paynes Bay and Mullins take about 10 minutes by car or public transport. Both Paynes Bay and Mullins offer lively beach bars, water sports and sun chairs for hire.

Grantley Adams International Airport is about 40 mins drive away. We would recommend hiring a car during your stay. Taxis are plentiful and reasonably priced (about US $45 from the airport). We are happy to help you in this process. The local “yellow” buses are part of the Bajan experience and are very frequent. The bus stop is a 2 minute walk away.

The closest shops are a 5 min walk away at Sunset Crest including Bank, doctors surgery and cafe. Holetown is 15 mins walk away and includes supermarket, restaurants and Duty free shopping at Limegrove (Louis Vuiton, Armani etc). Bridgetown is 15 mins by car. Diving, surfing schools, zip wiring, caves, sugar plantation house are all in the locality.

Golf: The property is ideally located for golf with Sandy Lane Golf and Country Club and its three courses less than 2 minutes away. Further courses include Royal Barbados Golf Club, Rockley Golf Club and Royal Westmoreland. All these courses are less than 30 minutes drive away and all welcome visitors.
