Luxury and spacious first line beach apartment. It is part of a new residential complex, in a private closed area with private garage, And day security. It is a apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, for 4-6 persons. Open kitchen and a large dining room opens onto a terrace with view to the sea. It is a new apartment with all the modern and quality furniture. Sleeping facilities - The apartment features 2 double bedrooms + 2 extra beds on the living room if the group is 6 persons. Zone description - The apartment is located on the Patacona Beach, just after the Malvarrosa beach. Area Amenities - - 2 metres from the beach - Bus line to Valencia City Centre - Close to restaurants and bars. The Valencia Beach - Located on the most southern side of the town, it is a very popular and wide beach of more then one kilometre long. Open and of fine sand, rides on horse back along it are very common.
