We live in Balham, in SW London & are specialists in short term lets in the area. We are continually expanding our portfolio of holiday lets to accommodate the needs of not only holidaymakers, but other people who require stays from as little as 3 nights such business executives, those visiting family in Balham/Clapham/Streatham/Tooting/Colliers Wood, or people temporarily requiring a home due to improvements being made to their own & even those who've been unfortunate enough to be forced out of their homes due to accidental damages like fire. Whatever your reason, our comfortable and clean 'home from homes' will provide the high quality short term accommodation you require. All of our apartments are within 20 minutes of the centre of London and very close to a Tube or Rail station, or both.
London Attractions:
Major attractions close-by include famous sporting venues like Wimbledon and Twickenham, as well as Kew Gardens and Richmond Upon Thames. Balham has a large gym and leisure centre. Tooting Lido - the biggest outdoor pool in Europe - is just a 10 minute walk away... perfect for a cool dip on a hot summer day.
Where do you start trying to describe London's attractions? The history, the famous locations and buildings, the hundreds of activities to do, the thousands of shows and events on offer...and that's just in Central London.
Even the 'highlights' depend on what takes your fancy. If you're a 'first timer' to London, of course you must see the Palace of Westminster (Houses of Parliament and Big Ben), the London Eye, Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square and Nelson's Column, Downing Street, St Paul's, The Mall, Leicester Square, Convent Garden, Tower Bridge, the Tower of London, Harrods, the British Museum...
But where to stop? You'll never be bored, that's for sure!

Closest golf course is 3km away, but there are several in the area.
Central London Golf Centre, Burntwood Lane, London, SW17 OAT.
No membership is required, CLGC is open to all on a pay-and-play basis, with excellent green fees on the 9-hole course. Golf clubs and trolleys are available for hire. A putting and chipping area is also available. Golf lessons are available.
