Photos and Description of the Dubai vacation rental 2 Bedroom apartment both with dressing room and en suite bathroom.

The apartment is on Palm Jumeirah and is situated on the fourth floor, with a balcony view of the beach and a great view of the Burj Al Arab and Dubai across the sea. The apartment has an area of 1500sq feet with two double bedrooms, each with a dressing area and en suite bathroom. One has a double bed and the other has two singles. There is a large fitted kitchen with every appliance you could want. The lounge is very spacious and has a dining table plus a two seater and three seater settee. A 37” flat screen television with cable tv. plus a DVD player and some films are available in the apartment. Also a free Internet connection. There is 24 hour concierge plus a cleaning and laundry service. There is a private beach and a beach club associated with the apartment and there are loungers available around the pool and on the beach. Towels are available from the beach bar. The beach club has a Gym and a restaurant which is located by the pool. Well located for places of interest.

Nearest Beach: beach at 10.0 Metres
Car: not necessary
Ideally situated on the trunk of Palm Jumeirah. There are many places of interest nearby. Shopping Malls, Atlantis, Wild Wadi, Snow skiing, Desert safaris. Creek dining cruises, etc. There is a car parking space in the underground car park if you should have a car. If you play golf then Emirates Golf course and Montgomerie Golf course are near by. The Royal Mirage Hotel is a short taxi ride, or 20 min walk. They have the best Bars and Restaurants in Dubai. Try the Indian restaurant called Nina, not to be missed. This apartment is for NON SMOKING guests.
