Set in beautiful countryside yet close to beaches and Cuitadella, Torre Villa is an idyllic retreat with pool, gardens and orange groves plus a complete range of conveniences: 4 double/twin rooms, with en-suite bathrooms (bath, shower, bidet), plus a separate WC/ wash room next to the living room, fans provided in bedrooms. Extra beds, cot and high chair are available upon request. Pleasant, shady living room (for when the sun gets too hot!). TV with cable viewing, video and CD/radio. Large dining room with built-in BBQ. Fitted kitchen with cooking facilities, toaster, dishwasher and microwave. Laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities. Large swimming pool (2005) measuring 12x6m, depth 1.20 to 1.90 with Roman steps and several surrounding terraces (220m2) and BBQ. The pool is surrounded by a gated wooden fence for child safety. Shaded lawns (1500m2)– ideal for escaping the sun. Total surface 10.0 acres/Villa 390m2.

The villa is set in beautiful sheltered gardens with one of Menorca's biggest orange grove. Easy bike ride to beaches. Nearby Cuitadella, a delightful, authentic Menorcan town, caters for every taste in both shopping and eating and cultural activities.The local beaches or playas are idyllic – quiet, clean and safe. The nearest beaches to the villa are Cala Santandria and Cala Blanca (an easy bicycle-ride); further away Son Saura, Cala Macarella, Cala Galdana and Cala Mitjana are highly recommended and for sailing enthusiasts, Fornells on the North side of the island is a firm favourite. For the more energetic guests there are a range of outdoor sports to choose from - sailing, bicycle hire, horse riding and diving are available.

From the house you look out on to beautiful sheltered gardens and a large orange grove. The pool is surrounded by a wooden fence and is gated making it child friendly. You can say hello to Rollu the pony. Also you can pick your own fruit (oranges, peaches,lemons, etc)from the trees when you are strolling through the gardens.

There is a large choice of high quality outdoor furniture incl. sunbeds. The (private) pool (2005) size is 12 by 6 metres with roman steps. Depth 1.10 to 1.90 meters. There is a large choice of sitting areas on terraces or on the lawns in the shade of the palm trees.
