Well maintained spacious villa,3 double bedrooms . sleeps 6. .one bathroom,1 shower-room. English free sat t.v. Washing machine ,dishwasher. Large kidney shaped pool with two entry points.generous patio with gas b.b.q. Well established gardens with lawn.Off street parking. 4 kms to nearest beach. 3 kms to local village which boasts restaurants, cafe's supermarket,and banks.The nearest resort is 4 kms away which has many restaurants and bars with a very pretty ,child friendly beach. Although not on the flight path the villa is only 7 mins drive from the airport and very easy to find.The 18 hole golf course is approx.30 mins drive away from the property. The capital ,Mahon is 15 mins by car.The villa is located in a private residential area which backs onto open fields giving it an overall peaceful and tranquil environment from which to relax and enjoy your Menorcan holiday.

Just 7 mins. drive away is the nearest resort of Calan Porter with it's glorious sandy beach and child friendly water it's a haven for families with small children.Also in Calan Porter is the famous Coves De'n Xoroi a magnificent nightclub set inside caves.It ia also open during the day for visitors to walk through and view the spectacular scenery of the mediterranean. Menorca boasts over 100 sandy beaches all within easy reach of the villa. Mahon is famous for it's magnificent harbour which is the second largest natural harbour in the world, it's just a short drive from the villa and a wonderful place to dine, either during the day or in the evening where there are wide variety of restaurants to choose from .Menorca is also famous for it's local cheese .Visitors are welcome to visit the farms to sample the many varieties .
