This luxury top two floor duplex apartment is situated in the fantastic Nou Fontana complex which is situated near the sandy Arenal beach and all other amenities. This unique complex offers a large communal pool and landscaped gardens, squash courts, paddle tennis and gymnasium with steam room/Turkish bath during the summer months for the private use of residents and holiday guests. There is parking in the private underground car park with lifts to all levels. The accommodation comprises of entrance hall leading to a fully fitted kitchen, lounge and eating area with patio doors to the large private covered terrace, the master bedroom and full en suite plus another single bedroom and family bathroom with shower. Stairs lead up to the second floor with a door to the large open terrace ,two double bedrooms with twin single beds and patio doors to the terrace, full bathroom with shower. The apartment has full air conditioning with spectacular views of the sea, canal and San Antonio.

The historic old fishing village of Javea is situated on the most easterly point of the Spanish mainland with its rugged coastline it was voted by the World Health Authority as having an almost ideal climate with on average 320 days of sunshine. Javea is divided into 3 area, the old town with its ancient church, the port with its fish market and the Arenal beach with its sandy beach and Spanish promenade with bars ,restaurants and shops. The duplex complex has been built around the new marina and is but a stones throw away from the beach and all amenities. Once at the apartment there is no need to drive when going out to eat or shop, your car can be parked in the private underground car park. If you and your family want a property in the most ideal location then this has to be the one for you. You can still dine out with a menu del dia with wine/drink for around 10 euros per person or if you prefer eat in on one of the apartment s terraces enjoying the fantastic views all around.

Notes: This superb south facing two floor duplex apartment faces the sea and is not overlooked as we have two small access roads and a beautiful canal with boats moored in it to look at first before seeing any other lower buildings. Access can to be gained to the property by the private underground car park or from the access road in front of the apartment via a locked security gate, both then have a lift up to the apartment. The beach is 200 meters from the apartment with all its bars, restaurants and shops, once at the apartment a car is not necessary for all the local amenities. The two large covered and open terraces have tables/ chairs/ sunbeds and a barbecue to enjoy that alfresco dining .The apartments are totally enclosed with a large swimming pool set in beautiful landscaped gardens with on site caretaker. If you want a luxurious holiday apartment set in a superb location metres from the sea with all facilities and great views then this property has to be at the top of your list.
