This antique stone-built house is situated in the hilly surroundings of Ostuni, in the typical agricultural area of the Murgia with some trullies around.The panoramic view allows you to see also the white painted villages of the Itria valley. The property is about 3500 m2 with numerous stone terraces planted with olive trees, fruit trees and typical Mediterranean essences. The house has been restored with the idea to maintain the authenticity of the rural construction.It is composed of a combined living,-dining room with kitchenette and fireplace.A high positioned window is heading towards the olive groves; underneath a typical alcove with a sofa-bed.Further there is a bedroom with double-bed and a bathroom with shower-cabin; outside a room with a typical stone pizza oven,a square of 150 m2, stone wall fenced. Just a foot walk or by bicycle it is possible to reach the Sanctuaries of Ostuni’s Saints San Biagio and Saint’Oronzo, at 15 minutes the Natural Reserve of ' Torre Guaceto'.
