Situated in the urbanisation of Alhambra in the Capistrano area, this lovely spacious villa has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and two full bathrooms with bath and shower. The kitchen has all mod cons including dishwasher, microwave, oven/hob, fridge/freezer and there is a washing machine in the garage. Very quiet location with south facing views to sea and mountains. Close by there is a supermarket and some bars and restaurants and the town and beach is only 15 mins walk. A bus runs regularly to the town. The spacious lounge/dining room has air conditioning, sat TV, stereo system and patio doors lead to a terrace with garden furniture and then on to the enclosed private garden. There is a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a large double bedroom with air con and fitted wardrobes. Pool is 1 x 7 metres.

Nerja a popular resort, readily accessible from Malaga and its international airport, with motorway access to within a mile of the town centre. Nestling in the foothills of the mountains, the old town, with its narrow, vehicle restricted, cobbled streets, offers a more relaxed holiday from that found in the big resorts further along the coast. With small picturesque bays, the famous 'Balcon de Europa' promenade, numerous small shops, bars and restaurants, and its wonderful all year round climate, Nerja has something for all seasons, especially for families and the more mature holiday maker.
