The house is set into the hillside with southerly views over looking the garden and the Mediterranean Sea. With its own pool and large terrace and the use of the communal pool and gardens and has a secluded beach within 200 metres. The accommodation has modern clean finishes and comes with all marble floors, full climate control air conditioning in the three bedrooms and the upstairs lounge, with cool air and heating. Double Bedrooms (2), Single Bedrooms (1). (The Master Bedroom has en-suite bathroom) The main bathroom and toilet has a bath with a shower. An upstairs toilet with wash hand basin. Kitchen has oven, hob, fridge/freezer. The laundry room is fitted with a modern washing machine. Living room has a comfortable sitting area with leather suite, flat screen TV with DVD and Sky free to air. Dining Room.

Nerja is on the seashore some 50 kilometres from Málaga on the N340 coastal highway, and marks the eastern tip of Málaga's Costa del Sol. Nerja boasts 16 kilometres of beaches with powdery sand and sparkling clear water. All major water sports are available here, including water skiing, scuba diving and sailing. The heart of Nerja is its spectacular Balcón de Europa, the 'Balcony of Europe', a magnificent promenade. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes here to choose from, and the visitor can hire a horse-drawn carriage to explore the most romantic corner of the town.

Notes: Outside Private Pool, Shared Pool, Private Garden, BBQ, Parking, Garden Chairs, Sun Loungers Double glass doors lead out onto the upper terrace, this gives the lounge a bright southerly view of the Mediterranean. The terrace is ideal for eating outside or having a leisurely drink under the stars. At the bottom of the staircase the rear door leads to the pool terrace. The terrace has a table with parasol and chairs and two sun beds for private sunbathing by the pool. The pool is shallow enough for children and deep enough for adults to have a good exhilarating swim. Also included is a barbecue. The communal swimming pool and gardens are available to all residents and their guests. Sun beds are supplied. Air conditioning, Heating, Bed Linen. Towels Provided.
