The exact location of the apartments is Vallerano di Murlo, a quiet hamlet nestled in the wonderful and protected Tuscan countryside. There is also charming a 1500 m2 olive grove at your disposal.

Up to 9 persons 80 m2 - 3 floors, independent entrance, 3 bedrooms with double beds (possibility to add a cot free of charge), fully furnished open kitchen (gaz cooker with oven, fridge, washing-machine, micro-wave oven, sinks, plates, glasses, cutlery + all necessary cooking utensils) + dining/living room with a big original fireplace (equiped with a sofa bed), TV, 2 bathrooms with toilets and shower cubicles.

Vallerano is situated in the south-occidental zone of Murlo, in the middle of a marvellous landscape, at an altitude of 293m, at the end of a range of hills, which looks down upon the deeply wooded surrounding valleys, stretching in gradation up to the 'Merse' river. While Vallerano is in a very rural location, it is just a short drive from all the conveniences you’ll need and of the Tuscan tourist jewels (careful, having a car is mandatory). They can be easily joined by the « Siena-Grosseto SS223-E78» road: - Casciano di Murlo is 4 km away, with all the main shops and services: grocer's shop, banks, drugstore, restaurants etc… - Siena is 25 km - Grosseto is 60 km - Florence and Arezzo are 85 km - Pisa is 130 km - Rome is 200 km And also: the Mediteranean sea or the Trasimeno lake are one hour’s drive away, the mountain (Monte Amiata 1738 m) is 40 km away.

    - February 2nd, Candlemas: 'Crepes' pancakes evening
    - April 12th 2009, April 4th 2010 Easter: chocolate eggs hunt in the olive field
    - May 1st, Work festival: Lily of the valley and pastries
    - June 2nd Italian Republic festival: typical Sienese lunch or dinner
    - July 14th, French National Day: typical French lunch or dinner
    - August 7th, Festa dell'acqua di Primavera (Vallerano's festival): lunch or dinner/ taste of local products
    - November 30th Saint-Andrew, Festa della Fettunta: traditional lunch or dinner with taste of fresh olive oil
    In these cases, please consider the peak season prices
  • The booking must be confirmed by a partial payment of 30% of the complete rental, to be received by the Company in the 15 days following the initial firm booking request.
    After this time, if we do receive the partial payment, the company reserves the right to rent the accommodation to another guest. In case of cancellation, this 30% payment is not returned.
    A 50 euros deposit will be taken at the arrival for the possible cleaning charges. It will be returned at the end of the stay if the apartment is left cleaned, with its full furniture, without any damage. We will retain the deposit if cleaning is found to be necessary or if there is any damage.
    Guests can also choose not to clean, and pay 50 additional Euros.

We've been very happy with the location (30mn from Siena) and the quality of our 3 bedrooms flat. It was very clear and neat and the plus was the welcome baskets full of local specialties and the Tuscan dinner before we left. The owner was always available if necessary and gave us many information about things to see or visit. We have already recommended this place to friends and would love to go back soon. We saw a lot of things and loved all the facets Tuscany can offer : Murlo, Monticiano, Montepuliano, San Galgano, Monte Oliveto Maggiore, Siena, Firenze, Bagni di Petriolo therms, Castiglione di Pescaïa by the see, beautiful by night. We had a great time.
