Villa Adcem is set in a quiet and peaceful location looking down over Kalkan and the bay and with views out onto the Taurus mountains and enjoys cool breezes, especially welcome in the hot summer. It has been tastefully furnished and decorated to make full use of the spacious interior and with the comfort of guests kept in mind. The villa is tiled throughout, helping to keep it cool and all windows and doors are fitted with fly screens. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped open plan kitchen adjoining the light and airy lounge with comfortable sofas and armchairs, air-conditioning, TV and DVD, open fireplace and patio doors leading to terracing and pool. There is also a small cloakroom on this floor. On the first floor there are two comfortable double en-suite bedrooms with plenty of storage, bedside tables and air-conditioning. Both rooms have private balconies. On the top floor there is an attic bedroom equipped with two single beds and access onto the rooftop terrace.

There are many organised excursions to Patara beach, historic sites and other local places of interest. Kalkan offers a wide range of water sport activities including diving, boat trips, swimming and snorkelling.

    Payments preferably by internet bank transfer. Alternatively by cheque( monies need to be cleared before booking is confirmed).
  • Transfers and car rental can be arranged if required.
    Key collection by arrangement from our English speaking local Manager.

A lovely villa with great views

This was our first visit to Kalkan and I can honestly say it was one of the best holidays we have had. The villa was everything we had hoped for - it really felt like a home from home and we especially appreciated the library of great holiday reading, cookbooks and other nice touches. Everything was spotlessly clean and Engin came every day to maintain the pool and gardens, the pool was superbly looked after. The views were fantastic and the pool lovely to relax in with plenty of shade around too. We cooked in a few times in the very well equipped kitchen, but were also tempted by the many excellent restaurants in Kalkan. We enjoyed several visits to the magnificent beach at Patara, also the Kalamar Beach Club. We have already recommended this property to friends and are looking forward to visiting again in future.
