Photos and Description of the Indian Point vacation rental 4 Bedrooms (2 en suite) 3 bathrooms, sleeps up to 10 persons and a dining room

The villa is a modern detached building which has as standard - air conditioning, cable TV in all rooms, telephone, fully equipped kitchen, luxury furniture, all linen provided, double garage with washing machine, dryer, iron and board, babies cot (if required), music centre and DVD player (and films). There is a large extended patio area with a screened (heated) swimming pool with spa and patio furniture. There are 2 bedrooms (1 master) which are en suite with a bathroom serving the other 2 bedrooms. The villa is under a Management Company who ensure the villa is maintained to a high standard for when guests arrive.

Disney Main Gate area is just a short drive from the villa - approximately 10 mins. All other attractions (Sea World, Universal Studios etc) are within easy reach via the nearby I-4 freeway. There are several local golf courses which welcome visitors for a nominal green fee. Indian Point has a large community swimming pool, childrens play area, tennis courts and basketball courts.

Location: Indian Point where the Vila is located is a mixture of rental homes and residential homes and enjoys the benefits of a large community swimming pool, tennis court, basketball area and 2 play areas. It is quietly situated just half a mile from highway 192 where you will find a large variety of restaurants, shops, attractions and has a large Walmart supermarket which opens 24 hrs a day just minis up the road.

Attraction parks: The magical world of Disney is just 10 mins away with Sea world, Universal Studios, Island of Adventure, Wet and Wild and numerous other fun filled activities all within easy reach.

Relaxing holiday: If it's the more relaxing holiday which interests you then you can either laze around your own private swimming pool and spa or use the community complex just s stroll away. A gentler pace of life beckons on the Gulf coast, a 178 mile stretch of shallow bays, blue lagoons and tiny islands all within driving distance.
