The colonial style villa is situated 10 minutes drive from Marbella, Puerto Banus and the white village of Istan. The villa boasts outstanding views of the sea, lakes, Gibraltar and the Atlas mountains. Casa Melilla sits within a beautiful secure garden, olive, fruit trees, herbs and Mediterranean flowers surround the swimming pool, which is set in a large level lawned area, with steps leading down to a lower garden level. The villa has polished cream marble floors throughout, and has an eclectic mix of antiques, original works of art, stylish contemporary furniture, creating a calm and comfortable home. There is a modern fully fitted and equipped kitchen. The large light living room has an open log fireplace and dining area, both have French doors leading out onto the terraces and al fresco dining area. 4 double bedrooms have French doors to outside terraces, to take in the fabulous views. All are en-suite with baths, shower, bidet and sink.

Casa Mellila. Our Villa sits in a peaceful location overlooking the Sierra de Las Nieves National Park. Within a few minutes drive there are fabulous beaches, our personal favourite being “Heaven Beach”, many with good restaurants selling fresh locally caught fish. Water sports, golfing, horse riding, canoeing, boat trips, paragliding, fishing and theme parks are all available within a short drive. Fabulous shops, some designer retailers, and for the atmosphere and bargains, weekly outdoor markets are a must! There are many historical sites to visit, including ancient castles, museums, and beautiful churches.

Great villa in a superb location overlooking the coastline towards Marbella. Perfect setting - peacful yet within easy reach from the bustling, up market resorts of Marbella and Puerto Banus. Inside, the villa is stunning - beautiful furnishings, artwork and all the latest mod. cons. The kids loved the pool - good size and deep enough to dive in and properly swim. Lots of nice places to visit - recommend Ronda for a true flavour of Spain and Benahavis for excellent restaurants. We often dined at the villa though, as it was so easy to stick on the BBQ and enjoy the views from the terrace. A wonderful holiday, thanks
