Set amidst the lovely Surrey Hills in an area of outstanding natural beauty, Hill House Annexe is the perfect holiday accommodation if you want to explore the three counties of Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire. You can travel to London in less than an hour by train or travel down to the South Coast in 45 minutes for lovely beaches and sailing. Nearby is Cowdray Park for Polo and Goodwood - famous for horse racing and the annual Festival of Speed. Hill House is an extremely attractive detached property located in a very quiet residential road 10 minutes walk from Haslemere Town Centre with its excellent restaurants and shops. Arranged over two floors, The Annexe forms a separate part of Hill House and benefits from its own private entrance, leading to a living room / dining room. There is a well equipped kitchen plus a cloakroom/shower room on the ground floor. The first floor offers a charming and spacious double bedroom, en suite bathroom and dressing room.

Haslemere makes a perfect country town location. Within walking distance of your accomodation are a range of shops and restaurants, tennis courts and an indoor public swimming pool and sports centre. There is a a main line railway station with regular fast trains to London (55 minutes) only 10 minutes walk away. Nearby Midhurst offers Polo and Golf at Cowdray Park. In Petworth there is Petworth Park and Petworth House, with a superb collection of Turner paintings. Goodwood Motor & Horse Racing, Chichester Town, Cathedral & Festival Theatre are only 30 minutes drive.The south coast with swimming and sailing is only 45 minutes drive. For a great day out drive to Portsmouth (40 minutes) and take one of the regular ferries to the Isle of White.
