La Ferme du Bois is one of the oldest farmhouses in Chamonix and also one of the valley’s most stunning properties. It is situated in the picturesque village of Les Bois – Chamonix’s most sought after area. The chalet was recently refurbished to a high standard, mixing rustic styles with modern details and equipped with exclusive facilities such as outdoor hot tub, a home cinema room, several flat screen TVs and beautiful antique furnishings. The result is a 5-star chalet with lots of charm, history and authenticity. There are 4 bedrooms on the ground level and one double room on the top floor. 3 of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and two share a shower room. Upstairs is the dining room with a possibility of seating for up to 20 people. Half a step up from the dining area is the vast and beautiful living room with high-beamed ceiling, panoramic windows a and a huge walk-in fireplace. Accessed from the living room is the sundeck with the brand new hot tub.

The village of Les Bois offers fantastic walking paths. It is next to the cross-country tracks and within walking distance from renowned restaurants such as Le Sarpe, Hotel Eden and La Cabane. Both trains and buses stop in the village of Les Praz, which is a beautiful 10-minute walk from the chalet through the village. The ski area of Flegere is only a short drive or a 15-minute walk. Chamonix centre is only 5 minutes by car.
