Located on the beautiful Brigantine Golf Course in Shipyard Plantation this 3 bedroom with bonus room, 3 bathroom townhouse is a beautiful villa. An end villa with extra windows and privacy that is a little larger than most townhouses, this is a 2 story town house with pretty golf course views from the living room, dining room, and both master bedrooms and patio. On the 1st floor there is a spacious kitchen with breakfast area that opens to the dining and living room area. Also located on this floor are the master bedroom with king bedding and en-suite bath as well as the 2nd bedroom with 1 queen bed and 1 double bed.

Access to the bathroom is off the hallway. On the 2nd floor is the 2nd master bedroom with a queen bedding and a bath. The “bonus" room is a small child’s bedroom that is furnished with 1 twin bed and this room shares the bathroom that the queen bedroom uses. This unique villa complex has 3 FREE clay tennis courts and a pool for your use. 3 bedrooms, 1 child’s room, 3 bathrooms. 1King, 2Queens, 1 Double, 1 Twin. Sleeps 8
