About our farm: The farm produces primarily cereals (wheat, barley) and extra-virgin olive oil. We also have a vineyard producing red and white wines from typical Chianti varietals (wine is for private use only). Next to the house we maintain a nice fruit garden with plum, apple, peach, apricot, pear, fig, persimmon and lemon trees, and we offer guests house-made preserves. On our estate, we also have walnut, chestnut and almond trees. Depending on the season, you may witness diverse farm activities such as harvesting, grape-picking and olive-picking.
Lots of interesting fauna can be easily observed right on our property such as wildboars, roe deers, foxes, crested porcupines, land tortoises, badgers as well as many interesting birds (including the rare hoop and the curious and colorful European bee-eaters)
