Lebi Derya offers all the benefits of an exquisite shared complex: fabulous 30m pool, very friendly ambience-and the seclusion of your own delightful apartment with one of the largest balconies at Saneil (just 15 privately owned apartments). The sea views to both sides are absolutely stunning -and the apartment is also framed by the mountains behind. It has 2 bedrooms, a master en-suite and a twin room. The apartment has been furnished to the highest standards with marble flooring, air conditioning and mosquito screens fitted throughout. Spectacular sea views of both Kalamar and Kalkan Bay can be enjoyed from both your own private large terrace and the swimming pool. Landscaped gardens and private parking. Sole use of sun loungers and umbrella for 'Lebi Derya' guests. Guests may also use the facilities of the nearby Asfiya hotel -for dining, Turkish Baths etc.

Nearest Ferry: Fethiye. at 80 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 500.0 Metres

Once a simple fishing village, today’s Kalkan is a charming and welcoming Mediterranean port with a host of restaurants many on the rooftops –offering all manner of culinary delights - together with great bars and shops plus a colourful weekly market. The narrow cobbled streets twist down to the harbour which is the focus of the village and here you can enjoy a meal whilst watching the world go by or looking at the array of elegant gulets. During the day you can make use of one of the beach clubs, engage in local water sports ( scuba,waterski,parascending) or visit one of many historical sites, drive a jeep up into the mountains , go trekking, cruise on a gulet or just relax by your pool. Kalkan is special –everyone who visits says so –we fell in love on our first visit. No need for a car - taxis are plentiful and cheap -or take the local dolmus (minibus). Kalkan has a pebble beach close to the picturesque harbour, approx. 10-15 mins walk. Kaputas beach is gorgeous -only 5 mins away.

    Prices do not include flights, transfers/car hire or travel insurance. A deposit of 10% or £100 (whichever greater) is payable at time of booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival.

Notes: This lovely brand new apartment is also the holiday home for the owner's family so is much cherished! Marble flooring and air conditioning means it is very cool. Mosquito screens are fitted to windows and balcony door. The apartment sleeps 4 but can comfortably take up to 5 guests (if sleep on sofa)with plenty of room for a cot. The apartment is non-smoking in all areas. Given its elevated position and steps it is not suitable for those with limited mobility. A welcome pack is provided for guests. Large rear patio for storage and beach gear. Spacious bright and airy open plan lounge with sea views, large wrought iron sofa and matching armchair, air conditioning and mosquito screens. Patio doors leading to private terrace. Sea views - Kalamar and Kalkan bays from lounge. Fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board, extensive range of utensils, wrought iron and marble topped breakfast table.

Traveling time from Dalaman to Kalkan takes less than 1 1/2 hours. The roads are new and give you a fascinating glimpse into Turkish life.We can arrange car hire and/or transfers with the excellent local company we use ourselves as a family.

Leb y Derya was everything that was promised. It had a great feel with great views and was a perfectly appointed apartment. I felt immediately at home and spoiled all at the same time. Every time you walk past any window you can see the sea and mountains. The complex was quiet, extremely well maintained (and clean which is really important to me) and very safe.

The area is also beautiful and a although a short walk into town you may want to leave the high heels at home as it is quite steep even in the town. But once you are there there are so many fantastic places to eat (most of which are outdoor and many are roof gardens giving you a spectacular view of the bay. THere are also some really nice boutiques and shops. Taking a boat trip is a must and the beach clubs are amazing. The Turkish people are very friendly and really cannot do enough to help you and provide great service. I can't wait to go back.
