'4Knots' is a self-catering modern holiday cottage at Poppit Sands at the edge of the Teifi estuary, with superb views of sea, of Cardigan Island and the Teifi estuary. Conveniently located for boating, large or small, with temporary moorings available by arrangement. Sea and river trips are possible. The Pembrokeshire Coastal Footpath starts at Poppit Sands and the location should therefore appeal to the keen walker. Birdwatchers will appreciate the local marine and garden bird life. Bus services serve St Dogmaels (2miles) and Cardigan (3 miles) and also the Pembrokeshire coast ('Poppit Rocket'). A variety of small beaches is within easy reach by car and there are numerous nearby attractions, e.g. St Dogmaels Abbey and Cilgerran Castle. Cardigan has a range of interesting shops and a cinema/theatre.

Everywhere Welsh is spoken but English coins are welcome!
