Beautiful rural property with large secluded garden and wonderful views over surrounding farmland. Extremely well equipped house with all modern amenities. It is wonderfully light and tastefully decorated and furnished. It sleeps 8 comfortably. Large sunny balcony upstairs and spacious paved terraces with comfortable garden furniture, and BBQ. Conveniently located for a range of outdoor activities such as long walks, cycle rides or ski trips on the doorstep and only 15 mins to the sea where fishing is available. 10 minutes to 'Tusenfryd' amusement park (largest in Norway!). At the same time the house is within easy reach (30 mins) to night-life and shopping in Oslo and only 10 mins drive to a large shopping centre in the town of Ski that includes bowling, cinemas and restaurants.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (British Pound) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • Rental week is Saturday to Saturday. Departure no later than 10am. Arrival after 3pm.

    Rental includes electricity, gas and water except in winter periods. Bed linen can be provided at an extra cost of £12 per person.

    A 25% non-refundable deposit will secure your booking. The balance is due 6 weeks before the rental start date to which should be added a refundable security deposit of £500 for breakages and damage.

    There is a final cleaning charge of £100. This together within other costs incurred such as bed linen and breakages will be deducted from your security deposit which will be refunded within 2 weeks of your rental period.

This is an attractive, beautifully furnished, well equipped house. There are lovely views of the surrounding countryside from the living room and garden. It is within a short drive of Oslo and all the sites. in the other direction it is a short drive to the Oslo Fjord area.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
