An attractive villa on 2 floors with 3 double bedrooms & 3 bathrooms in the main house. The spacious sitting room has high ceilings and large French windows opening onto the garden, making this a delightful airy room. TV & DVD player, CD, ADSL internet access, telephone. The kitchen has a large American fridge/freezer with cold water & ice dispenser, electric oven & hob, dishwasher & pantry. Dining area opening onto a fantastic dining patio with build-in charcoal barbecue. Laundry room with washing machine. In the garden, there is a separate studio bedroom with en-suite toilet, giving flexibility to larger family groups. Please note that the studio is never let separately to the house. The garden is laid to lawn with mature shrubs and trees. The pool (9m x 4m) is fenced. The villa is within a 10 minute walk of the village centre where you will find several bakeries, butcher, restaurants, bars & a weekly market on Fridays.

The villa is ideally situated in the medieval hilltop village of St. Quentin la Poterie, as its name suggests, famous for its pottery. The village has a good range of shops including several bakeries, butcher, chemist, post office and an excellent market every Friday. There are also several restaurants & bars to enjoy a meal or glass of wine whilst soaking up the flavour of village life. At only 5 kms is Uzes, an unspoilt medieval town with many more shops, restaurants & bars as well as some interesting historical monuments such as the dukes palace and medieval gardens. For the more active, river bathing & kayaking are recommended summer activities. Further afield are the towns of Nimes, Avignon, Arles, Orange & Montpellier. Within one hour's drive you can visit the Camargue with its flamingos, horses & bulls. Here you will also find the fine sandy beaches of the Mediterranean.
