Villa Marcos is a beautiful Spanish villa. It’s located in Alginet, in the heat of nature, and only to 20 min of Valencia for the entry of the city of arts and science, 15 min of the beach and 30 min of Gandia. The village has a private and sunny swimming pool, three bedrooms (two with double bed and the third one with six beds), three bathrooms, a big lounge dinning room with 100 meters, one kitchen and one covered terrace of 120 meters with a beautiful sight towards the mountain and the sea. Ideal to have breakfast, to eat and to have dinner, or to take the sun or to relax. The house is surrounded of private terraces and garden. If you like the sport, besides the swimming pool, you can play the basket or do hiking. Also you can amuse yourself in centre commercial and of leisure, that is to only 10 min. The village is to only 5 min of the town, where you can find supermarkets, shops, street markets, restaurants, bares and the train. (that takes Valencia to you in 20 min)
