Route 1
-exit to Highway A15 (way to La Spezia), then enter highway A12 to Livorno (Leghorn) and go on until the end of A12
-enter SS1 Aurelia to Grosseto/Rome, exit Grosseto EST
-follow road signs for Terme di Saturnia-via Scansano
-1 km past Saturnia, follow signs for Usi/Murci,go on for 8 km and find signpost tenuta Montecchio on the right hand

-exit Firenze Certosa, and then go on to Siena
-enter Siena-Grosseto freeway, exit to Terme di Saturnia via Scansano

From Rome and Southern
-enter toll highway A12 to Civitavecchia and go on until the end of the highway, then enter SS1 Aurelia exit Vulci (km 111, just past Montalto di Castro), then Manciano,Montemerano and finally Saturnia.
