Stylish, secure apartment set in beautiful gardens available for rent Secure 3 bed, 2 bath, huge penthouse to rent just 10 minutes walk from the centre of the famous Puerto Banus on the ever sunny Costa Del Sol, Spain. Close to shops and golf course.Complex has paddle tennis courts and two beautiful pools. This gorgeous apartment is well furnished, with full Sky TV, barbecue and Intercom. Beautiful landscaped gardens and 24 hour security. Underground garage parking. The living space is 141m2 and the terrace a huge 112m2 with views of the pool and mountains. The La Dama de Noche golf course is the only floodlit course on the Costa del Sol and is a few minutes walk. The apartment is available at very good rates for short holiday lets through to longer lets by negotiation.

The property is in a secure development hat has two very large pools and paddle tennis courts. It is walking distance(12 mins) to the best beaches in Puerto Banus and the fantastic array of shops and restaurants, bars and nightlife as well as the luxury yachts. There are tennis courts and La Dama de Noche golf course within a five minute walk. Go Karting and a children's fair at Funny Beach are a five minute drive. The apartment has spectacular view of the Mountains and the terrace gets great sun.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Booking deposit will be taken on booking for 25% of costs. Remainder payable within 5 weeks of travel(unless booking is sooner)

    Rental times are flexible- midweek to midweek bookings are as welcome as those commencing weekends, where available. Extra days are charged pro-rata. Discounts for bookings of more than two weeks. Charges are based on the seasons, rather than penalising those with children! A 25% deposit taken at time of booking, with the remaining 75% payable 5 weeks before date of travel. A £200 deposit is also taken to cover any potential breakages, damage to the property or extensive cleaning and is returned once the property has been checked and the keys are returned to us. The apartment is cleaned prior to your stay to a very high standard by our agent, who can also help in the unlikely event that any issues arise. Additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged, though is chargeable. There is a 10% surcharge for groups of more than 6.

Notes: There are paddle courts to be found in the grounds of La Dama de Noche, along with a small childrens' playground. Please note that there are two large figure of eight swimming pools, with deep and shallow ends(suitable for adult swimming and for young children). Due to the size of the pools, Spanish law dictates there must be two lifeguards on duty throughout the day, and the community of owners pay for this facility from mid May right through to mid/end September. Two of the best beaches in Banus are a 15 minute stroll from the complex and there is a further swimming pool open all year round at the Los Naranjos complex 5 minutes' walk away. La Dama de Noche golf course and driving range is 5 minutes' walk away and is the only floodlit course on the Costa del Sol (golfers bring your handicap card). There are several tennis clubs within walking distance and also some top health clubs/spas all of which offer daily/weekly/monthly memberships. Go karting/bungee are also a 5 minute drive.

Lovely apartment near Puerto Banus

Following our recent holiday on the Costa Del Sol I can highly recommend this beautiful 3 bedroom penthouse apartment. We were surprised by the sheer size and spaciousness although we had seen the photos(which do not do it justice). The pool and surroundings were very beautiful and not busy at all and its only a 12/15 minute stroll into the port where there are numerous fabulous restaurants/bars and clubs as well as great beaches. The kids were completely at home with UK TV and we had some great terrace barbecues on the enormous terrace which does get the sun all day depending on which part you lie. Owner was a pleasure to deal with and the English management company nearby were very helpful if we needed any advice.

Excellent Accommodation in Puerto Banus

We have stayed in Puerto Banus a number of times over the last few year and this apartment has by far been the best accommodation that we stayed in. On entering the apartment we were pleasantly surprised by the layout, as I was arriving with four boys aged 10,11 and 2 x 17 it was lovely that their bedrooms were laid out at the opposite end of the apartment away from the master room and the Living Area. The Living/Dining Area is spaious however, the Dining Table and Patio Table only seat 4 and yet the apartment can accommodate 6 plus very easily. The Patio is a wrap around which is comfortable for bathing on and overlooks the pool area. The apartment was well fitted out and had a number of extras. This holiday I chose not to rent a car and found that it was easily managed, there is an Opencor within a short walk,it would have been shorter if you could exit the complex at different points. The Port and Beach are appoximately 15 minutes walk away and the taxi ride cost apoprox. €8.00, I woud have no hesitation in recommending it to friends.

The apartment was fantastic with a spot on description. Very clean, excellent customer service.

Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine for towels etc. Nothing on site re entertainment or shops (execpt 2 great pools and tennis) so most evenings were a walk in to town.

5 min walk to the supermarket and 10 mins to the town. My wife, the 4 kids and myself had a great time.

I would highly recommend this property.

Fabulous penthouse near Puerto Banus

A group of six girls stayed and had a fabulous time. The apartment was really spacious with a fantastic terrace overlooking the pool and mountains. It was easy walking distance to the port with all its great bars and clubs and the owner and management company were really nice to deal with. It had the wow factor and we will certainly be back....thank you!

I visit Puerto Banus every year with friends for a short break and would certainly return to this apartment again.
We were a party of 5 and the penthouse was perfect for our needs. Extremely spacious, well equipped and it has a fabulous balcony to relax on if you did not want to wander down to the pool.
The complex was set out nicely and there are 2 very lage pools with sunbeds for use. The Port is about a 20 min walk away.
