Peaceful Relaxation

We stayed at this holiday home for two weeks in June and it was perfect for us.
We spent most of our time on the deck and around and in the warm, solar heated pool, reading and relaxing. The pool area is not overlooked and backs on to a conservation area meaning occasional visits from racoons, Florida Sandhill cranes, hummingbirds, turkeys and even an armadillo! As it's completely flyscreened, we weren't bothered by mosquitoes or other bugs at any time.
The fully equipped property provides a reliable broadband connection and with our laptop we were able to find out about local amenities, as well as those further afield including the Kennedy Space Center, which was just over an hour away. We also made calls home using Skype. One kitchen feature we made a lot of use of was the crushed ice dispenser, which was great for cold drinks during the day and a G&T in the evening!
We were conveniently located for the hub of Orlando, International Drive, which was about 30 minutes away.
Several local supermarkets kept us supplied with provisions, including those needed for the several BBQs we had - try the porterhouse steaks for size!!
In short, a great location for anyone looking for peace and privacy, yet with easy access to the Orlando Theme Park and Shopping Experience!
