Outstanding is the thought that comes to mind when describing this lovely 4 bedroom, 4 bath Portside Home. Located in the desirable South Beach Marina area of Sea Pines, you won’t believe the views. This wonderful home looks down Braddock Cove waterway and also over to the attractive South Beach Marina with its striking blue and red buildings.

The Portside Homes offer a private boat slip for each of the 6 homes in this complex. Whether you’re docking your small boat or jet ski, your home awaits you within a 25 yard walk across a beautiful lawn. As you enter this home your breath will be taken away. Furnished in beautiful, but comfortable surroundings in bright and lovely blues and reds. The master bedroom has a great view of Braddock Cove and is equipped with a king bed and a private bathroom. 2nd master is located on the second floor with same view as well and is furnished with a queen size bed.

The 3rd and 4th bedrooms each have 2 twin beds and each has it’s own bathroom. Pool privileges at both Beachside/Portside Homes Pool and the South Beach Marina Pool. DSL available. Free Tennis at the South Beach Racquet Club. 4 BR, 4 BA. 1King, 1Queens, 4Twins. Sleeps 8.
