Welcome to our spacious home in Villa Sol, a unique and beautiful gated community in South Orlando. Our superb villa is situated in Kissimmee, 15 minutes south of Orlando International Airport and 15 minutes west of Disney World. Nearby is Universal, Seaworld & Aquatica, International Drive, outlet shopping, and a number of golf courses.

The villa consists of living room, dining room, family room with TV & DVD, wireless Internet & telephone (FREE local, national and international land line calls). Fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, laundry with washer, dryer & iron. 4 bedrooms the master with en-suite and walk in closet. , All Linen, towels and hair-dryers are provided.

The pool is probably the most important factor of enjoying a villa holiday, and we disigned it with this in mind. The total pool area is 39ft x 22ft. in addition the lanai measures 30ft x 8ft, where even if it's raining or you have had enough sun for the day you can sit outside for a relaxing meal or a drink

had so much fun. the villa was awesome I will recommended to my family and friends. and my kids loved the villa we where there for 8 days and it was great the best thing my kids love was the pool and the outlets that they have near bye and all the attractions and all the store were near the house my 5 year old didn't want to leave the villa when it was time to leave we are hopping to go back next April. This house was great. Had lots of things there for an extended stay. Everything was great. I would stay there again even though it was a little far from our granddaughter we were visiting.
Recommended for:  Pet-friendly, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

My husband and I are snow birds, this is the first time we have done a villa rental we rented from January 01 2013 - February 28 2013. The villa is located in a perfect area for traveling around, shopping and attractions is close area is very well kept and quite. From the time of booking the villa everything went smoothly. Valerie was excelent to deal with any enquiries we had where dealt with promptly. The villa is as described on the internet. The property is very well maintained very clean and I do not think the photos do justice to the property. Our two months stay was fantastic we did not want to go home we felt at home the whole of the time we where there. The property managers where so very helpful, where there if we needed them but not intrusive. Each Thursday the pool was cleaned by Peter we looked forward to seeing him as each week he had some new information about the area and what was happening. I would certainly recommend the property to anyone of any age there was everything that you could possibly want in the villa nothing was missing. The pool was a hi light of the vacation the size, shape is great I would recommend if you go in the months that went to have the pool heated as we did and oh fantastic. We BBQ most evenings by the pool with a glass of wine what more can you ask for. We where so pleased we where only into our first month of the vacation and we booked for 3 months starting in December. Valerie thanks for the beautiful villa and making us feel at home.

Holiday of a lifetime

Holiday of a lifetime. Villa was spot on, clean, plenty of space, swimming pool and BBQ. Estate is well kept, nice walkking tracks and places to play sports for the kids. Orlando is huge and did not have enough time to do everything. Recommend Old Town and the outlet stores at the top of international drive and if you have kids the parks will keep them entertained for hours. Stephen
