Photos and Description of the Vizcay vacation rental Tastefully decorated four bedroom villa sleeping 10 people with large pool.

Located just off highway 27 in a small development. The house is immaculately finished of a high standard.Very spacious accommodation, sleeps 10 people comfortably. All rooms have TV/DVD. There are two en-suite bathrooms both with baths and showers. Main bathroom has a shower and there is also a cloakroom next to pool and terrace. Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher etc. All TVs have cable.

  • For stays less than one week house cleaning of £60.00 is payable and if pool heater is required an additional charge of £12.00 per day is payable.
  • A deposit of £100 per week is payable to secure booking. Full balance is payable at least 6 weeks before departure. If cancellation occurs up to 6 weeks before date your deposit is forfeited. If within 6 weeks of departure 50% of full amount is payable. 4 weeks before departure 100% is payable.
  • If wanting to book for 2010, 2009 prices can be achieved if booked before 31st October 2009 with a £200.00 deposit per week booked.

Notes: The villa comprises of 4 bedrooms-2 twin rooms and 2 master bedrooms with large en-suites with seperate showers. There is also a family bathroom and cloakroom located next to patio and pool area. Living area is all open plan. Bed linen and towels are provided and a washer and dryer is on site for your convenience. Pool area has patio table and chairs and sun loungers complete with barbecue.

Perfectly positioned Villa

Villa was all as described and more. Very roomy, great decor, good size pool. Cannot stress how well situated, locally ample restaurants, shops and shopping outlet (posner park) . Quick acces via the 4 to Bush Gardens and Tampa, Disney area, Universal Parks etc. Area very quite. We have had a fantastic stay and would recommend positively.

Excellent Villa, but undesirable area.

Great villa, very clean with plenty of space, but the area is very undesirable. Our rental car was broken into in broad daylight as it sat right in the driveway. If you do choose the villa make sure you get directions, as the address was not available via Garmin or Mapquest.
Owner's Response: whilst i sympathise with the incident that occured,i must stress that nothing like this has ever happened in the past.A renter stayed at the beginning of this year for 2 months without any incidents and we ourselves have never had any problems.As mentioned the villa is of a high standard,very clean and spacious,directions will always be given on request.Unfortunately with todays climate this type of incident is happening everywhere.
